With attached garage, the garage is located in the unit and can directly enter the living room, which is very convenient and user-friendly. The villa has two floors. The first floor is the garage, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The master bedroom has a terrace, and the second bedroom has two queen beds. The design of the house is modern and stylish, very user-friendly. It is strategically located, close to downtown LA and pasadena, surrounded by commercial streets, hundreds of restaurants and supermarkets, and close to Costco and target. 35 minutes from the airport, 35 minutes from Disney and Universal Studios.

Yellow House

Host let us come in early and the checkin/checkout process was easy. The negatives were no fenced area for pets. The property was not clean. The floors were dirty and there was garbage under the beds. Smoke detector was non-functional. There was no hot tub or spa tub as advertised. Even though property sleeps 6, there were only 4 sets of dishes, etc.

Wonderful Value

Great value for location, would definitely stay here again. Great property manager/owner. Garage parking and shampoo/soaps supplied. Make sure you enter exact address, specifically North in street name.

needs a better cleaning

Condo was fine except I wore socks and they were quickly dirty. I would never have taken a bath in the tub as the edges were dirty. Such an easy fix that would have allowed a 5 star review. Photos showed TV's in both bedrooms and community room, but only 1 downstairs in community room. poor shower pressure in room with 2 beds. my dtr-in-law said it was calcium buildup.

Property manager didn't know we were coming on scheduled date and he asked us to stay at another property the first night which we didn't end up liking. We were able to stay in property the next nights.

First VRBO

The townhouse was new and comfortable. The main problem was the address. This was our first VRBO, so the process was new to us. At the beginning of the instructions it listed a house number that we couldn't find when we arrived at the building. When we called the owner for help, there was no answer or return call. After reading through the entire list of instructions we found the correct house number and were able to enter.

Spent One Hour There Then Booked Hotel

We arrived 6pm (2 hours after check-in) and still hadn’t received the access code. We had to message the owner as we sat outside. We were ready to relax after a long day of travel, but the first thing we noticed was how bare the unit is – the furniture in the picture is not accurate. Downstairs were 2 cheap chairs, a cheap coffee table, and a small cheap dining table (that was mostly covered by the router/modem). There were dirty sheets and a mop bucket ON the kitchen island. None of the lights turned on upstairs (the owner later told us it was our responsibility to plug in the lamps). Once we got light we were disgusted to see the URINE STAINS on the master mattress. Remember this is 2 hours past check-in, but the beds were not made so we were able to see the stains (we took pictures to share with VRBO). We contacted the owner, he refused to speak with us (maybe due to a language barrier) rather he sent us one sentence text messages. He tried to say the stain was an "ink stain on the mattress protector". It was clearly on the mattress (not the protector, which wasn’t even on the mattress) and clearly not ink. He tried to blame the lack of cleaning on the cleaning person being “an immigrant” which we found deplorable. Overall we found this place very uncomfortable, unsanitary, and honestly cringy. We ended up leaving the property after only an hour and staying in a hotel. We have all conversations and pictures documented to backup everything I’ve said in this review.

Close to great restaurants

Garage parking and good space for our family of 5. Very close to a good variety of restaurants and also a movie theater. Convenient location.

Good spot

Good location. Clean and spotless. Only complaint is that no coffee, or tea or not even salt and pepper. No dishwasher pods. Other than that, all good.

Family trip

Our daughter goes to Medical School at USC and lives in Alhambra. We traveled from Philly to visit her with our 2 other adult children. It was perfect! One mile from our daughters place and close to LA attractions. Place was clean and check in was easy. We will definitely stay again.
