Host was great - just the right level of communication and responsive.Location is amazing - it's so close to so many fun places to check out; if you are a foodie - you are in for a real treat, you do not have to go far to find something to eat. Very close to banks and shopping in case you need anything. The neighborhood is clean and lovely - not too lively, but you will hear city noises (just in case you aren't used to that kind of thing).The house is just right; free parking for one car in the back isn't too hard to get to (trust the process). It is a duplex, so keep in mind that people are nearby. Full kitchen ready for whatever you need to do. The bedroom mattress is very soft and the climate control per room is handy. The office sofa turns into a bed; slight learning curve - but the seat side is soft while the "back" side is firm. Roku on TV if you want to relax and pick up whatever you are streaming.I realllly liked how this was close enough to everything and not too far into the city - will keep this in mind the next time I visit L.A.To make your trip more comfortable, you may want to bring your own drinking water and extra pillows if you typically sleep in a nest.
