A breath of fresh air awaits you in a newly remodeled home on more than two acres. Centrally located to all that Taos has to offer. It’s the perfect place to enjoy respite and to recharge for the adventure ahead. Whatever brings you to Taos you are sure to enjoy this spacious and secluded retreat.

Gather in the living room for a warm conversation with the crackle of a fire in the background or enjoy the convenience of a smart TV and free WIFI. The master suite is a retreat unto itself with its own wood burning fireplace and a private bathroom.

The outdoor patio is the perfect place to enjoy the views of Taos Mountain, watch the various local birds and enjoy a home cooked meal on the grill. Plenty of room outside to walk, play or just sit on the porch and breathe deeply.

Lovely house, set back from the busy street but within easy drive to Taos Pueblo and many art galleries. Check in and check out was very easy. We would love to stay here again!

The property was amazing and met all our needs. The communication from the host was more than adequate. He sent me several welcome messages with instructions and directions. We were very excited for the stay.However, the bed frame in the master bedroom was broken by a previous guest and and zip tied to hold it together. There was no mention of the problem prior to arrival. My Son just sat on the bed and the frame collapsed. It could have injured my grandson. I understand the host was hoping the bed frame would last through our visit but I would have liked a heads up since we had a child staying with us.I will say once the host was notified they removed the frame and that is when we were assured the frame was already broken. We had to use the box spring and mattress on the floor.Overall the property was wonderful and I will more than likely consider them again since it met all my needs. I would just like better communication of potential problems in the future.

We had four generations on this trip and it accommodated our needs perfectly. All the comforts of home were provided and it was a perfect place to relax before and after a family wedding. We will return next time we’re in town.

We had a great stay at Casa Aliento . The Location was perfect, close to family and the Taos Plaza. The home was comfortable with all the necessary amenities and we would choose it again.

Loved the layout. Beautiful master/en suite! Has everything you need. Bring your own games. Having a (very clean!) grill was a nice perk.

Casa Aliento was fabulous! Paul and Mary were so responsive, and the home was very clean! We highly recommend this property, and we plan to stay here again when we return to Taos!

Casa Aliento

This in an excellent well furnished property with so many ammenities. Blooming fruit trees and nesting Lewis's woodpeckers made it awesome as did radient floor heat in the living room, quiet easy to access neighborhood, and a warm ambiance. Our late April family visit was made excellent by having this house as a home base.

Great property located on sprawling land and close to many stores. Had stayed here for 2 nights and the bedding and kitchen is well equipped with needed things. The host is great and provided all details well ahead and made it easy.

Great place after a long drive

We stayed here for just one night after a long day on the road, and it was exactly what we needed. The house was clean, comfortable, and easy to check into. The beds were cozy, and we really appreciated the quiet area—perfect for getting a good night’s sleep. The host was responsive and helpful, and everything was just as described in the listing.If you’re looking for a convenient and relaxing stopover, this place is a great choice. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Great place to stay!

Our trip to Taos was wonderful and the house was a great place to stay for our family. The house was exactly as we expected it to be and the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. It was a nice quiet area to be when we weren't adventuring. The owners made us feel at home as they made sure everything was good for the trip. I would definitely stay here again.

We'll be back!

We spent three days in Taos visiting various wedding venues with our daughter and a few other family members. The house was well located, everything was simple from check-in to check-out. The house was extremely clean. The house has a really nice layout for hanging out and the bedrooms were nice and quiet.

Great Location

This location was extremely close to everything. Super quiet at night. The house was immaculately clean, and was stocked with everything that you would need to cook a meal. Traveling with an older friend, it was nice to see that she didn’t have any stairs and Everything was on the same level Portable air conditioners in each room were welcomed because if got a bit hot there in July. The ACs worked beautifully and made our day and evenings very comfortable The house is very clean and the host checked in with us several times to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing Taos rental

What a welcoming and wonderful vacation experience. The house was great and we loved how convenient it was to downtown and outdoor adventures. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We will try to book again on future visits.

Very nice! Great Hosts!

This is a comfortable home in a quiet location very close to town (.5 mi). It was beautifully decorated in a southwestern theme. The master was particularly nice with a fireplace in it. The kitchen was FULLY equipped. It was wonderful! We also liked sitting out on the porch & enjoying the outdoors. The hosts were fabulous! We inadvertently locked ourselves out the first day. The hosts responded quickly even though they were on vacation themselves & provided a backup way to get in. Then one of us left clothing in the closet when we left. They immediately let us know about it & mailed it back to us. The were always cheerful & accomodating. Thank you so much for your help!
