Enjoy the ultimate Malibu lifestyle at Coastal Serenity. This architectural beach home with stairs to the sand is located on Malibu Road, walking distance to dining and shopping this centrally-located beach house is on one of Malibu's most serene, private beaches.

The space
Set behind a gate, enter a private courtyard achieved by lush greenery, fountain and immaculate architecture. Enter into the large entryway to the spacious open living area with floor to ceiling windows, TV lounge area, formal dining space for 8 and opens up to an oceanfront deck made for entertaining with BBQ, an al-fresco dining area for 8 and plenty of outdoor lounging with beach umbrellas. The fully outfitted chefs kitchen is opens to the living space and ocean view featuring an oversized center island and breakfast nook.

In addition to the open concept main living areas the first floor features a guest bedroom and bath. floor bedroom/office with full bathroom. waterfront balcony with outdoor dining space, grill and an outdoor shower next to the exterior full bathroom entrance.

Upper floor features a stunning ocean view primary suite with an oversized balcony to take in the sunsets, as well as a second guest bedroom. Upstairs enclosed loft can be utilized as the 4th bedroom, gym or home office.

Quiet, safe and serene. The exclusive, private Malibu road neighborhood is ideal for walks, easy biking and jogging. Take a 20 minute beautiful stroll to shopping for hippie chic California beach style clothing, grocery store, pharmacy and across the street to the Malibu Country Mart for your every kind of dining and shopping experience. Ideal close-in location located moments from Nobu, Soho House, shopping and hiking trails.

PERFECT Family Getaway
My review will not come close to capturing how exquisite this beach house is! House is beautiful with wonderful location on quiet beach! It was a great space for my family (4 adults). Very peaceful and exactly as pictured--clean and open. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The main deck and master balcony were perfect for relaxing and watching the waves. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, plus outdoor grill was handy. Garage parking was a plus. Very convenient to shops, grocery, and restaurants. House has more amenities than those listed. Check-in was easy. House instructions were provided, and communication with Sarah was great. Please note that house is multi-leveled, and guests must be able to navigate stairs. Highly recommend without hesitation. Thank you to owners and Sarah for sharing this fabulous house.
