C'est la vraie chose! Nous sommes directement sur la plage. Pourquoi se contenter d'une vue sur la plage, alors que vous pouvez avoir tout l'océan à vos pieds! Pas sur Crazy Loud PCH, mais Malibu Road, le secret le mieux gardé de Malibu, à proximité du centre-ville, des magasins et des restaurants locaux. Toutes les chambres et les salons ont vue sur l'océan! Très rare. Terrain ouvert à droite et petite maison à gauche. Cela signifie que vous avez une immense plage privée.

L'un des seuls espaces sur Malibu Road avec CLIMATISATION! Ne louez pas un espace avec juste un ventilateur. Laveuse sécheuse à l'intérieur de l'unité!

Parking dédié inclus pour 1 voiture.

J'ai un hôte à plein temps qui gère toutes mes propriétés. Elle ne vit qu'à quelques maisons et est disponible 24h / 24 et 7j / 7 pour vous aider avec vos besoins de vacances. Chaises de plage, barbecue, recommandations de restaurants, parking supplémentaire, etc.

Certains animaux sont acceptés avec l'approbation préalable. Le loyer des animaux est de 50 $ par jour.

Le propriétaire loue également des voitures exotiques, des ferrari 458, des éperons volants Bentley et des Porsche. Ils peuvent être loués en toute sécurité via l'application Turo.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was exactly as shown in the listing—beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We especially loved having dedicated parking and how well lit the property was when coming and going; it made everything feel safe and convenient. It’s a beautiful place overall. We highly recommend it and would absolutely stay again!

Gorgeous view, very nicely furnished, dolphins swam right in front of us daily between 9 and 10 am, direct access to a relatively quiet beach (though we headed to Zuma most of the time because it was better for our teens to body board) ... at high tide sitting on the balcony is like being out on a boat (without the swaying), super relaxing

Great Thanksgiving week stay

Very comfortable condo. Great walking beach. Best Malibu location: not on PCH, close to town, 3 grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, Malibu Seafood, and Pier, and was a super easy trip into Palisades (for smoothies at the Erewhon there for our teen) and LA.

Nice place for a family

Rooms are spacious and clean. Well prepared supplies for us to cook and clean. Nice view. The feet rinse faucet by the beach comes in handy.

Malibu perfect!

The condo was perfect for my daughter and I. We enjoyed the sound of the ocean and seeing the dolphin just off the balcony. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable. We loved it and we plan to return. Thank you Marc and Luis for sharing this lovely space with us!

Beautiful spot by the ocean

This home was wonderful. The view was of waves, birds, sand and dolphins. The street was quiet. Good location as it was near beaches and canyons. Close to Venice and Santa Monica as well as The Valley. Space was open and light. Easy to talk to host about anything.

Great location, but lots of construction noise

The unit is brand new and the location is perfect. The only downside is that the other units in the building are being remodeled, and construction continued into the weekend with noise until 8:00 pm. The workers smoked constantly on the deck next door and the sliding doors had to be closed to keep the smoke out.

Workers were here fixing roof damage from the fires and were only here one day during this reservation. It is very difficult finding workers in Malibu since so many homes are being built. All repairs have been completed in 5/2025.

Location, location, location

Incredible location directly on the beach. We saw a dolphin pod swimming near the shore. We watched the pelicans fish time and again. The sunrises are epic. Many great experiences to be had. The condo itself is good, but not luxury. The owner and manager are quick to respond to any questions and are very helpful.

We arrived late on a Friday. My sister said do you hear that and stopped moving and I heard the big, loud splash. That is how close we are!!!! Yes! It was Everything and More ! Breathtaking view! My stay was short but I now know where to come again. I highly recommend it. I cooked early in the morning so I can enjoy the rest of the weekend. It felt like home for that short moment!

Overall this was a great experience. Luis , was very clear & timely responding to any & all my questions/ concerns . He was very pleasant to work with ! The unit is in need of some work and additional supplies . ( washcloths, beach towels & kitchen / cooking ) There were some housekeeping details that were overlooked and should have been addressed/ cleaned prior to our checking in . Regardless of the above issues , our time in Malibu was lovely !

All the extra items were in the closet inside the unit next to the bathroom. We have 10 beach towels in basket and other 5 in the closet, extra kitchen cooking items, plates and blenders/mixers etc. This is all in the house manual on page 3.

A Malibu Dream

WOW. First of all…WHAT A VIEW. From start to finish, the hosts were kind and easy to communicate with. The condo was so clean, beautifully decorated and a spectacular kitchen - which provided waters and Keurig + pods! Beds were super comfortable which is a rare find! This perfect rental is perched on top of the brightest blue slice of ocean. Pure sand, no rocks, no tourists and perfectly clean water made for optimal swimming and relaxing. Tommy Bahama chairs and beach towels were provided! Neighbors were lovely. The location is magnificent too! Close to Malibu Country Mart, restaurants, grocery, but is tucked away on Malibu Road which made it feel quaint, safe and private versus property located off the PCH. It was the most magical and perfect staycation to ring in my 30th birthday with my family. It was so hard to leave, but we will be back!!! I’ve already recommended this rental to others!

Contractors were working loudly for 3 of the 4 days we were there. Contacted the host/owner and they were not helpful; stated it would be done soon but continued on. Ant infestation in the kitchen and both bathrooms. The slider door would not lock (broken) which produced a safety issue. Multiple code violations that will be reported to city official. The owner/host were less than friendly or helpful. Lack of response. False charges.

Perfect for our family!

Location is great! This house is right on the beach. My 11 year old daughter wanted to be on the beach 24/7 so it was nice to be able to sit on our patio and keep our eyes on her without having to be right there with her 24/7. Communication with our host was easy. He was very responsive and made our check-in easy! thank you!

I wanted to be on the ocean and I was not disappointed. The water comes up to the house at high tide

Easy to check in and out. Host was available for questions and I found everything I needed in the house. I was most concerned with being on the water and this location was not a disappointment. I loved the location.

Wonderful Getaway

This property was everything I hoped for. A wonderful location that lived up to what it promised. Walks on the beach everyday and ocean breezes every evening. An overall wonderful atmosphere. Well maintained, and the host was quick to respond to any questions I had. I will definitely be back.
