Cozy Condo on the Canal

The location and the owners are awesome. Condo is clean, well maintained, on the canal and short walk to beach. Enjoy watching boats come thru the canal and crab right off the dock. Owners are engaged, responsive and provide a great spot for family fun.

Second time renting this lovely home away from home. It doesn’t disappoint! Relaxing neighborhood in walking distance to food and shopping, nice to just hang out on the huge deck and paddle board in the canal!

This was perfect for our family.

My husband and I came up from Florida for a music festival and brought our adult kids (21 & 19) to show them Ocean City. This townhouse was perfect for us because the kids got their own rooms and there’s a nice big dining room table. I loved sitting on balcony watching boats go by. The location away from the inlet was perfect for us too with lots of restaurants. Grocery stores, and close to Delaware for day trips. I definitely recommend it for a laid back family atmosphere.

Great stay at the bay!

The townhouse was better than expected, and it was perfect for our family vacation. We had as much fun right on the deck and in the canal as on the beach, possibly more! Lina was exceptional to communicate with, and answered any questions that arose promptly. We are already planning to return next summer!

A very nice unit

It was a very nice unit. The owner was very responsive. Due to a wedding event occurring on check in day, they let us check-in ear early. The 1st floor bedroom was helpful as a family member has trouble with stairs. The deck overlooking for canal was very good. Quiet location. When I made the reservation, VRBO was a bit misleading as to the location of the unit. The circle on the map made it seem like it was on Newport- closer to Coastal highway.

Prime location and awesome owner

Description of this property is accurate and the location is prime. Home is clean and the owner is engaged and responsive. This was 2nd time I have stayed here and will absolutely be back.

Spacious home and perfect location!

We absolutely loved staying here! Great location, nice and quiet but still close to everything. Large open kitchen and living area, and the deck is AMAZING! We rented kayaks for 3 days and it was perfect location to drop them in right off the boat slip at the house. Would love to stay here again next year, thank you!!

Beyond my greatest expectations

My family and I have been going to OCMD for vacation for the past 20 years and we rented the same place each year. Sadly, the owner died last year so we had to find a new spot. Our stay here exceeded my expectations! Your home is tastefully decorated, well maintained and in a great location! I love to crab and boat watch so being right on the channel and crabbing right off the dock was so much fun. We made alot of new memories this year and look forward to staying here for the next 20 years!!

Quiet & Roomy 2 Floor on the Water

This was a nice spacious rental for our family of four (adult children) - including nice dining space. We loved being right on the water & being on a channel of bay, traffic was limited.

Great beach trip

We enjoyed our stay at your beach house. Everything was great, only small complaint was the downstairs shower, was super small and kept clogging, otherwise no issues.

Excellent family getaway

This was a family vacation after suddenly losing my mother in February and Ms. Lina knew that. She communicated excellently, was so very kind and the property was amazing. I cannot wait to be able to come back again, perhaps even a yearly opportunity! We loved it very much.

Great for Family

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and has a big deck that is great for little ones to play safely outside. It was quiet, yet very close to shopping and only about 15 minutes from the boardwalk amusements. We recommend this home for families.

Great location & so clean

Upon arrival & just walking in was just perfect for us. It is very spacious for my family of eight & had an awesome view of the canal. It is beautifully decorated and the neighborhood was very quiet. My grandson was able to fish right there on the pier & even caught his 1st little crab. It was equipped with everything we needed. The owner was very welcoming in her email & I would definitely stay there again. Thank you again for making this a great experience for my family :)

Great Bay Side accommodations!

We absolutely loved our stay here. My teenage boys enjoy fishing so it was a perfect location for both fishing and enjoying the beach. Close proximity to grocery stores for a quick ride to stock up on supplies. The house was clean, quiet, perfect for a family vacation. Thank you for having us! The Mansi Family
