Cute updated park model in a secure 55+ resort
community. (Park rules require all guests to be 55
or older.) New floors and new paint throughout
with updated kitchen and bath make this cozy
home a perfect getaway. Sleeps 2 on a very
comfortable queen size adjustable bed. Second sleeping space includes a queen size sofa sleeper. Outdoor space includes parking for 2 vehicles, patio furniture and gas grill to help you enjoy the beautiful Phoenix area climate. You can retreat to the air-conditioned indoors to cool down
whenever needed. Home is located in the pet
friendly area of the park so one small pet is
welcome to join you here. Communal features
include a huge outdoor, heated (when needed)
pool, as well as facilities for paddle ball, tennis,
basketball, and lawn bowling. An indoor gym is
available for your use as well. You can also
participate in the many clubs, activities, and trips
that are regularly offered.

We enjoyed the RV park. Our host was very responsive when we had questions. We were very comfortable in the unit and I spent a lot of time reading on the porch. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable.

Great place to stay. We enjoyed all the amenities including the on property resturant. Second bedroom addition was a fantastic improvement from our stay last year. We highly recommend staying at this property.

Pickelball paradise

Perfect place for a couple

This is our BEST VRBO experience to date! The place is exactly as the pictures show. It is perfect for a couple. It's clean, it's quiet, the kitchen is well stocked. The resort itself is great. We really enjoyed the pool. Grocery stores and restaurants are plentiful in the area. We would most definitely rent this unit again! Kuddos to Connie! (the owner)

Sun City Fun

This park model in Paradise was well suited for quiet relaxation or social activities. The home was clean, organized and fully stocked with everything you may need to cook a great dinner or watch a good movie on the Roku tv. Great communication with hosts. Super neighbors and welcoming community. We will be back:)

Very comfortable stay really enjoyed the bedroom mattress. This rental has a great central location. Onsite laundry also convenient. Shopping, groceries all close by. Also communication with Connie was very good and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
