When an unbeatable location meets endless comfort, the result is this gorgeous and well-appointed apartment! This second-floor retreat boasting an unbelievable location in the middle of all the action - mere steps from the beach and vibrant Malecon.

Enjoy a long balcony with views of the town and partial views of the beach in the distance. The interior exudes Mexican rustic home decor throughout, which blends perfectly with the modernity of the on-site amenities and appliances. Lounge on the living room sofa while the lively sounds of the Malecon drift in on ocean breezes through open glass sliders.

The chef of the group can prepare delicious meals and snacks (or 'bocadillos') for the group in the conveniently-equipped kitchen (no dishwasher). Find everything needed to try your hand at any Mexican recipe. The dining table seats four comfortably. Each bedroom has balcony access and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. A space heater and partial air-conditioning are provided.

Head to the rooftop deck for sunsets and happy hours while enjoying sweeping views of Banderas Bay. When you're ready to explore, join the fun downstairs with endless shopping, dining, and nightlife entertainment in either direction.

e Loved Our Vacation

Absolutely loved our stay in Puerto Vallarta! The apartment was stunning, with breathtaking ocean views. The local restaurants were amazing, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Can't wait to return for another unforgettable vacation!

The check in was horrible I never got an email I was not told where lock boxes were on the very dark lobby. Took over an hour and half to figure it out with zero help from hosts until after we got in. I was then never told about the 2 nd lock box for the outside gate

Great location if you are planning to party

This property is situated in the heart of the nightlife area, with restaurants, bars, and the malecĂłn within walking distance. However, it should be noted that the noise level can be quite high during the night because one of the bedrooms faces a main road, which can be somewhat annoying due to the early morning traffic noise. Overall, it is a good place to stay if you are planning to visit bars and restaurants

Fun and Friends in PV

There was an inaccuracy in the directions to access the building, but after we got inside everything was great. The best band in PV plays in the bar/restaurant downstairs. The location was perfect. Some noise from late night partiers and nearby streets, but after a couple nights we could sleep through it.

Location!

Place is located in the best spot for accessibility. Walked to everything. $3 Uber to Cochas Chinas. Not a knock, but it is very load at night. Was warned ahead of time by property manager so it wasn’t a surprise. For us, it was worth the trade for the amazing views from the rooftop and walking 10 steps to the Melacon

2024 spring break

The property did not have a tv. The property is facing the main road and traffic starts at 5am. There is a restaurant next door and the live band is loud. I would not stay Friday through Sunday. The roof top does not have lights.

Needs updating

Although we enjoyed the location on the Malecon, the accommodations was less than optimum. There were spaces in the sliding doors leaving security to be questioned. The mattress cover on one of the beds had a blood stain. Not sound proof.

Nice condo in a great location

This condo is nice and it is very conveniently located in the middle of the Malecón. It is not in front of the ocean as I thought. Also, this condo has laundry onsite, it is very clean, there is a terrace on top of building where you can watch beautiful sunsets. Also, the kitchen provides all you need except the coffee maker was not functioning when we arrived and couldn’t use the coffee k-cups we purchased but Manager was nice to give us $30 for 9 days we stayed. The only negative about this condo is that you can hear the loud music of the band playing next door and all clubs restaurants near by, including car alarms, beeping, etc. That could last until 4am. If you can sleep thru anything, this is your place. Other than that I can say this place is great.

Amazing and spacious downtown location with ocean view

We wanted to celebrate the Day of the Dead in town and this was a perfect location. You are almost directly on the Malecon and walking distance to restaurants, pharmacies, xoxo, nightclubs and more. The kitchen was perfect for our needs as we only had coffee and fruit for breakfast. Although you can cook and buy groceries as well. We had a nice spacious living room and the side patio gave us ocean and city views. We were warned about the noise level especially because of the time we went and it was VERY noisy....but that is why we came. Lots of music and parades at that time of the year (early November ). So if you are a very light sleeper this might not be the place for you. The bedrooms were nice and clean and each came with their own bathroom. A few cons were this: *You have to walk through one bedroom to get into the second one *We only had one set of keys so you had to stay together because there is three doors to get in to. *Elevator wants to close in about 2 seconds and we got crushed almost every time Pros- * Location location location! *Management company quickly answered any questions I had. *Very large rooftop deck with amazing view of the whole town *Easily accessible to all our vacation needs

Location is prime, steps to the promenade that’s full of life at night!

Location was central, and with Ubers being cheap in mx this was a breeze to the bars and restaurants. The AC worked very well, the wifi mostly worked.
