Situé directement sur Playa Camarones, ce condo de 2 chambres et 2,5 salles de bain (120 m²) peut accueillir confortablement jusqu’à 6 personnes. Vous êtes dans un petit immeuble de seulement 8 unités, avec piscine et accès privé à la plage, au cœur du quartier 5 de Diciembre, à distance de marche du Malecón, des restaurants et de l’épicerie Casa Ley.

Le condo offre une vue panoramique sur la baie depuis le salon et la chambre principale. Réveillez-vous au son des vagues, prenez votre café sur le balcon face à l’océan et terminez la journée avec un coucher de soleil directement devant vous.

Vous y trouverez tout le nécessaire pour un séjour sans souci : cuisine entièrement équipée, laveuse-sécheuse dans le condo, Wi-Fi rapide, climatisation, serviettes de plage, chaises, parasol et glacière pour vos journées au bord de l’eau. L’immeuble est calme, sécuritaire et parfaitement situé pour explorer Puerto Vallarta à pied, sans avoir à monter de côtes.

La chambre principale, avec lit king, donne directement sur l’océan et offre un accès à un balcon privé pour la chambre et au balcon principal du condo. La deuxième chambre propose un lit queen et un lit double, idéale pour des familles ou des amis. Les deux chambres disposent de climatisation, de rideaux opaques et de grands espaces de rangement.

The location is great! Private beach access, walking distance to many great restaurants and Ley, a large supermarket, is just a couple blocks away. Communication was great, the property manager was helpful and prompt returning messages. We would definitely stay here again!

The ocean view was as spectacular as the photos show and we had the added bonus of seeing whales most days. The complex is in an ideal location with walking access to a good supermarket and all the restaurants and bars you could want. The host's rep, Juan Carlos, was prompt and efficient and provided all support we needed. The condo was well equipped with everything one could need and the facilities and pool are very well maintained. We are definitely considering returning next year and would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Great stay! Right on the beach with access and beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and cooler to take to the beach. Everything we needed to cook for ourselves sometimes and eat on the patio listening to the waves. Washer and dryer definitely a big plus! Steve is a great host, easy to communicate with. All on-site staff were also very helpful.Will stay again when we can return

Great location! The 2BR Condo was exactly what we needed. Walking distance from grocery, shopping, restaurants and everything PVR has to offer. Would definitely recommend. We hope to return for another trip soon.

My family and I had a great time staying here. Check in check out process was easy. The property owner and the staff onsite were easy to work with. Highly recommend if you are looking for a clean condo that is right in the beach. It is walking distance to the Malecon strip and to many restaurants and shops in the area. I would absolutely stay here again.

This condo is true paradise- everything you need for a fantastic family or friends vacation. Having both pool and beach access at your doorstep along with the most amazing view from the outdoor balcony is epic. Clean, spacious, modern, luxurious, fully equipped condo in walking distance to everything. Hosts are super responsive! Book it and you will not be disappointed! You can fall asleep to the sound of waves on the beach every night!

We stayed 4 nights, we’ll be back!

We absolutely loved our stay in this unitt! The location is perfect, in the flat part of 5 de Diciembre, just steps from the Malecon and close to everything, but still quiet and peaceful. No hills to climb (which is rare in Vallarta!), and everything felt super accessible, even with kids. The unit itself is beautiful, modern, and well-equipped. But what really made it special was the pool and beach access. We often felt like we had the whole building to ourselves. Our kids spent hours swimming in the pool and running around on the beach just in front. It was magical to wake up to the sound of the waves and end the day with a sunset over the bay. Casa Ley, a full-service supermarket, is just a 2-minute walk away, super convenient for groceries and last-minute needs. The neighborhood is filled with great little restaurants. We especially loved El Barracuda Bar for its beachfront vibes, and La Notte, a cozy pizzeria just a minute from the condo with amazing wood-fired pizza.Highly recommend this spot for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing time in Vallarta without the tourist chaos of the Romantic Zone. We’re already planning our next visit!

The host Steve was excellent along with thr property manager Juan. Excellent service and response to any questions we had. We were down here with the issue with the cartel they both offered to bring us any food or supplies. We will definitely return great area and great hospitality

We had a great stay at this condo in Puerto Vallarta and would come back!The location couldn’t be better we were just steps away from so many fantastic restaurants, cafés, and local spots. It made exploring and dining out incredibly easy and convenient.The heated pool was a huge bonus and quickly became one of our favorite places to relax. The staff were consistently friendly and willing to help with what ever needs we had.The condo itself was very clean, and the beds were comfortable we slept great. The oceanfront bedroom was especially magical at night. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was such a treat… though a couple of times we joked that we wished we could turn the ocean volume down! The back bedroom was also nice and quiet. You can hear some music from nearby establishments in the evenings, but it was usually wrapped up by around 10:00 pm, so it never disturbed us.There is currently some construction nearby that starts around 7:30–8:00 am. If you’re hoping to sleep in, we’d suggest using the front bedroom, which is a bit more shielded from the noise.The microwave unfortunately wasn’t working during our stay and couldn’t be repaired at the time. It would have been nice to heat things up more easily, but we completely understood that it was a bigger fix and it honestly didn’t impact our stay. Overall, this condo delivered exactly what we were hoping for — an amazing location, beautiful ocean sounds, a heated pool, and a comfortable, clean place to stay.

We stay in Steve's place for two weeks and had a great stay. We have stayed in a few of the units in the building and this unit by far was the most stocked with everything thought about and well cared for. If your looking for a great view of the ocean and a relaxing environment this is definitely the unit to book!

We fell in love with Puerto Vallarta 15 years ago and have returned many times since. We purchased this condo at the end of June 2025. It’s both a place we’ll enjoy with our children and our families, and a long-term retirement project for 10–12 years from now. In the meantime, we’re excited to share this beautiful place and this wonderful city with you!

We also own and manage other rental properties in Quebec, Canada, which allows us to offer a professional hosting experience while maintaining a warm and personal connection with our guests.

The 5 de Diciembre neighborhood has kept its authentic Mexican charm. The location is perfect: right in front of the beach, just one block from the LEY grocery store (a 3-minute walk), and surrounded by many shops and restaurants. It’s also quieter than the Centro or some parts of the Romantic Zone. About a 7-minute walk from the Malecón, the condo is ideally situated for a central and convenient stay.

The pool is perfect for both adults and children: shaded in the morning and in full sun in the afternoon. From December through the end of March, you can watch whales directly from the condo—an incredible sight. You can also access the beach directly from the pool terrace!
