Unité # 502 - Fin de l'océan

Premium condo face à l'océan avec le meilleur emplacement (2Úme unité de la fin de l'océan), sur la meilleure plage, et la meilleure partie de Maui - au Mana Kai. Situé à l'extrémité nord de Keawakapu Beach, vous avez une longue plage de mile et certains de la piscine la plus sûre et meilleure plongée de profiter.

Pour garder notre unité dans les meilleures conditions pour votre séjour, nous sommes constamment mis à jour. Nous avons rénové la cuisine avec des armoires en bambou et des comptoirs en granit. Les deux bains ont été refaits aussi.

En général, les alizés vous garder au frais et confortable, mais chaque chambre dispose d'un ventilateur de plafond et la climatisation. Le bùtiment dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi pour les clients et est sans fumée. Il ya une place de stationnement réservée pour vous et une buanderie pour les ascenseurs dans le centre de l'édifice. Grils à gaz pour barbecue sont disponibles sur la pelouse.

La seule chose entre mon unitĂ© et l'ocĂ©an est la piscine et pelouse pour se prĂ©lasser. Être deuxiĂšme de la fin de l'ocĂ©an de l'immeuble notre unitĂ© est trĂšs calme, les vagues vous tranquilliser pour dormir tous les soirs dans nos lits king size ,. Les deux chambres ont une vue imprenable sur l'ocĂ©an de sorte que vous pouvez toujours profiter de la vue. Parce que du plan de l'unitĂ© de-chaussĂ©e, il peut ĂȘtre louĂ© de 3 façons diffĂ©rentes - comme un 2 chambres / 2 salle de bain complĂšte condo, comme 1 lit / 1 salle de bain complĂšte condo, ou comme une chambre d'hĂŽtel avec juste une chambre et une salle de bain .

Le bùtiment est assez petit pour avoir une atmosphÚre chaleureuse mais assez grande pour offrir de superbes équipements tels qu'un magasin général et épicerie, surf shop & location, studio de yoga, un restaurant supérieur (le 5 Palms), un centre d'affaires, salle de gym, et un centre d'activités pour aider avec toutes les réservations dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Situé à quelques rues au nord de Wailea, vous avez un accÚs facile à de nombreux terrains de golf, les Shops at Wailea, et tout ce que le sud de Maui a à offrir.

Great location right on the beach in Maui

We love this location, the beauty, the restfulness, the building, the lawn, the beach, Maui! Well maintained space that needs just a bit of updating in the kitchen, bathrooms and furniture. Overall it was very comfortable and the views are spectacular. Also it was very easy to book and work with the owners.

Wonderful Maui Vacation

This is the place to stay on Maui. The most beautiful beach extends from your doorstep. The apartment is cozy and comfortable, kitchen well stocked with everything we needed to cook - we made several yummy dinners - and it was easy to go into the town of Kihei for groceries, dinners out, shopping, etc. We enjoyed heading a little south past the resorts to Big Beach where it was less windy in the afternoons. Great snorkeling right out front. Everything was easy and comfortable. Highly recommend.

we've been coming to the Mana Kai for a decade and used to stay at units that had not been upgraded, but found this gem this year. Unit 502 is beautiful and has the extra touches like not throwing out perfectly good ketchup and other condiments in between guest stays, a little thing but so appreciated! Will be back here for sure, Mana Kai Maui is our favorite place in Hawaii

Mana Kai Maui is Marvelous

Our favorite vacation spot is Maui. We have been coming here since the 80's and have stayed at the Mana Kai every time. (not every year-12 visits) We feel so lucky to stay at the Cowles condo. It is on the best beach on Maui; you literally walk right onto the beach from the property. The condo is like a home away from home. We have seen this property upgrade and change over the years; it just gets better & better. Why stay anywhere else when this is the BEST!

Most Amazing Place

This unit was everything that was advertised and more. The best location in the building, the best and most comfortable condo, amazing views, close to everything and the kindest and most helpful host. Great Location and View

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was great for us. It was easy to snorkel right outside on the beach (don't forget your reef safe sunscreen). We also enjoyed the pool on property. The condo was well appointed. We had one issue with a door, but the owner was easy to reach, and got it taken care of right away. The views from the balcony were amazing. We would have evening cocktails to watch the sunset and watch for whales. I would recommend this unit.

Simply perfect!!!

This unit is perfect. The pictures do it no justice!! It is immaculate and completely organized! The view is amazing. Patty is a delight to deal with. We had friends in another unit here and they were quite envious of us! Truly everything you need is here. Chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, Tupperware, boogie board, pool floats, condiments and spices. We are already planning to come back. And this is where we want to be! This condo is just a gem!!

Great Customer Service/Beatiful Unit

This was our first time staying in Patty's unit #502. Her response time to my inquiries and questions were very quick, she was wonderful to work with. We have stayed many many times at the Mana Kai but never on the ocean end of the complex until now. Gorgeous view, condo very very well stocked, beautiful and comfortable unit. The unit still has the sliding partitions between the living room and the A unit bedroom so it was very comfortable to share with our friends. We wonder why so many of the remodeled units have removed those doors. The only place to stay is the Mana Kai! We will be back!

Perfect Hawaiian Getaway

This unit was unbelievable and everything I hoped it would be after reading about it online and gathering information before the trip. The view from the condo could not be better and the pictures do not do it justice! There is not a better place to watch the sunset than from the Lanai with some appetizers and drink of choice. For the week that I was there I did not feel the need to leave the resort at all as the beach, swimming pool, lounge area and activities are all right there! We did go into the nearest town one night for dinner which is an easy 20 minute walk on the beach - perfect to do at sunset. I had never been to Hawaii before and can't say enough how perfect this location is! The condo is also very clean and well kept and was the perfect spot to come home to after a day of lounging on the beach and swimming! I would highly recommend this spot to anyone wanting to experience Hawaii.

Just Right!!!

My family of 4 stayed here for 4 days and loved it!!! The beach is fabulous. Perfect for families. My girls snorkeled from the beach and saw lots of turtles. Even when we are in the room we enjoyed the sounds of the ocean. We also watched 2 weddings from our balcony. So beautiful. It’s a very clean unit and well stocked with everything you need except an in-room washer and dryer. We had a reserved parking space which made coming and going easy bc it’s a busy beach. Patty was VERY easy to work with and has it all laid out well. We enjoyed Mana Kia, the resort, too. We didn’t eat a meal at the 5 Palms but everyone talks about how it’s very overpriced so we went and tried different places for dinner. The folks at the front desk were friendly. The folks renting equipment were nice. We would definitely rent this unit again. It was a fabulous time on Maui.

Best Vacation we have ever had as a family...and we travel a lot!

We have been staying at the Mana Kai for many years. It is no doubt the best building in the best location on Maui. If you have kids, do not stay anywhere else! Two spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and a full kitchen! We caught our own fish steps out the door and cooked them. The boys were in heaven. Hundreds of tide pools carved into ancient lava flows filled with tropical fish, sea turtles and shells adorn the right beach front. Walk to the left and you are on the best beach of the world. The soft, clean sand is perfect for sunbathing and sand castles.... from there you can enter the clear, turquoise water unobstructed to swim, body surf the gentle waves or snorkel the most beautiful reef full of fish and turtles.... Literally feet from your room. Room 502 is the best Location in my opinion. It's high enough to see down the entire beach, into the water and see the whales from our room. The room was clean, colorful, and extremely well equipped. It literally had all of the supplies we would need. Kind previous tenants had left sand toys, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, even fishing poles. I could go on forever. There is simply no place better. The condo owner was truly a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much. It was a privilege to stay here.

We are PICKY people and this property met all of our needs. Wonderful hosts, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, sand toys and snorkel gear, perfect perfect location! Kids loved it. We fell asleep to the sound of the surf each night. Very accommodating hosts and responded to everything we needed. We will be back, thank you!

A friend told our parents about the Mana Kai back in 1987 when I was just an toddler. They had always stayed on the north end of the island for many years prior and when they heard of the dryer weather, less traffic, and the friendlier more convenient environment, they had to try the Mana Kai. After one stay, they were sold! We rented units for many years until the time came that they could purchase their own little piece of paradise. We have been very fortunate to spend our spring breaks on the beach every year and our family memories of the MKM are the best! Now my brother and I have been blessed to take over ownership. Coming from Montana we keep our unit tropical in color and design. We want to feel like we are in paradise when we walk in the door.

The Mana Kai is so easy & convenient, especially if h traveling with your family. You can sit on the lawn, watch one in the ocean and one in the pool at the same time. Whenever you need something, the condo can be reached quickly as well as the deli/general store. This is one of the few places my father truly relaxes. He loves being right on the ocean, listening to the waves and reading under a palm tree. A feel of being totally away, but right in the US so the office is a phone call away.
