Modern dream villa with sea view private, heated pool and sea view!

Dear guest, we have to correct some wrong informations you are mentioning in your review. We never promised a Jaccuzi and there is no offer for using the jacuzzi as you can see and read on the amenities. More important is, as you mentioned, you booked for 3 weeks but you booked for 2 people and not for 5. You stayed for 2 weeks with 4 adults and an infant and the other week with 3 adults and an infant, last information by the way you didn’t think was important to communicate to us and we just found out randomly. But still we provided you for free with a baby chair and baby bed even though the booking was just for 2 adults. When you requested a weekly cleaning for the house which is not included we arranged it for you and didn’t charge you for it. When you requested more red wine glasses because the wine glasses at the house were not enough for you (it’s enough for 4 adults but not for the rest you invited to the house) we also provided you the next day with it. The bedding you mentioned are very clean and the mattresses totally new, actually you were the very first ones sleeping on them since we regularly renew the bedding because as you can see in other reviews it is our priority to make you feel comfortable and as good as home. In the master bedroom there are 4 closets, 2 small and one bigger, just one small wardrobe is closed to keep the things we need to maintain the house in good conditions. In each room there is enough space in the closets,even for longer stays. We are sorry that your expectations were so high but we can assure you we tried our best to make your stay as good as possible.
