Welcome to Bearfoot Splash — a beautifully appointed two-story luxury pool cabin near Pigeon Forge that has everything you need to never want to leave. Whether you`re planning a family getaway, a trip with another couple, or a small group retreat in the Smoky Mountains, this cabin delivers an unforgettable experience from top to bottom.

Main Level

Step inside and feel immediately at home. The open living area features an electric fireplace, a plush queen sleeper sofa, and a 65` Roku TV with Xfinity cable service — perfect for a lazy morning before a big day out, or a relaxed evening in. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze, and when dinner is ready, gather around the dining table with seating for six, or pull up a stool at the island counter. Prefer to grill out? Fire up the gas grill on the back porch and enjoy the mountain air.

When it`s time to rest, the main-level king bedroom suite is your private retreat. Sink into the king-size bed, soak in the jetted tub, or catch your favorite show on the 55` 4K Roku TV. The spa-like bathroom features an electronic heated bidet, making every morning feel a little more luxurious.

Lower Level — Theater, Games & Pool

Head downstairs and the fun really begins. The theater/game room is a genuine showstopper. Settle into one of five theater-style chairs or stretch out on the queen sleeper sofa as you take in a movie on the 10` screen with a 4K projector, optional LED backlighting, and Dolby Atmos surround sound. Fire up the Xbox Series X - play the game provided, bring your own, or simply log into your Xbox account and pick up right where you left off at home — imagine your favorite game on a 10-foot screen.

When the movie`s over, the games are just getting started. Challenge someone to pool on the 7` slate table, go head-to-head on the 60-game Multicade arcade cabinet, battle it out on the 3,000-in-1 whiskey barrel arcade, or rally the whole group around the giant wall-sized Scrabble board. There`s truly something for every age here.

The second king bedroom suite is tucked right off the game room — another beautifully appointed space with a jetted tub, heated bidet, and 55` 4K Roku TV.

The Pool Room

Just off the lower level, the pool room is where the vacation really happens. Take a dip in the 8` x 16` heated indoor saltwater pool (4` deep) while a movie streams on the 11` projector screen overhead. When you`re ready to relax, sink into the couch or one of the chairs in the sitting area. A half bath is conveniently located right inside the pool room. Then step out the back door to the lower porch and ease into the outdoor hot tub — the perfect end to any day.

The Outdoor Fire Pit Area — A Must-See Addition

One of the newest and most beloved features at Bearfoot Splash is the stunning outdoor fire pit area. From the lower-level back porch, a stamped concrete walkway leads you to an octagon-shaped stamped concrete fire pit surrounded by a beautiful timber frame structure — 6x6 beams connected overhead with top bars from which a swing gently hangs. Pull up an Adirondack chair or the bench, light the fire, and let the evening unfold. When the sun goes down, string lights strung from the cabin all the way down the walkway and around the fire pit area create an absolutely magical atmosphere. This is the kind of spot that makes memories.

The Deck Gazebo

The covered deck gazebo, now outfitted with its own TV and string lights, is another favorite gathering spot. Whether you`re watching the game, enjoying a meal outside, or just soaking in the peaceful surroundings, the gazebo offers a comfortable outdoor living room feel. And when the mood strikes, grab the weatherproof cornhole set for some friendly competition.

Entertainment & Connectivity

Roku TVs are found throughout the cabin, with streaming sticks also in the theater room and pool room. Log into your own Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, or HBO Max accounts, tune into Xfinity cable including local channels, or enjoy music through Pandora or YouTube. Whether you`re streaming, gaming, or just channel surfing, you`re covered.

Bearfoot Splash is located just 5 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge — close enough for easy access to Dollywood, Gatlinburg, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, mountain coasters, shopping, and world-class dining, yet tucked away enough that you`ll truly feel like you`ve escaped. And with so much to do right inside the cabin, you may find the hardest decision of your trip is whether to venture out at all.

Extras

We are delighted to offer a convenient solution to our guests by partnering with a local company that provides pre-arrival grocery delivery services for a small fee. Guests can have their groceries delivered directly to the cabin on day of arrival, where they will be promptly unpacked and placed in the refrigerator or on the counter as appropriate. This service allows guests to save time and effort, enabling them to focus on enjoying their vacation without the hassle of grocery shopping.


Please familiarize yourself with the cancellation policy for this property before booking. The purchase of travel insurance is highly recommended, as the cancellation policy will be followed. Travel Insurance may protect you in the event of a last minute cancellation.
