Spacious Waterfront Home in Blue Creek Area

Amazing one level, spacious waterfront home built in 2018 with a great dock and swimming area. Home is a true open concept with the main living area being a 30' by 30' room including the kitchen (with large island), dining area that seats 10, a sitting area with two couches and two swivel chairs and a fireplace, and a pool table!!! All bedrooms are large including the "bunk room" with two trundle beds. One of the best features is a huge covered deck (30' wide by 20' deep) overlooking the lake that has a wonderful sitting area including two couches, two swivel chairs and a TV. Also on the deck is a dining area that seats 8 as well as a gas grill and a 36" Blackstone Griddle. So, you can easily seat plenty for meals between inside and on the deck. Also included is a laundry room that includes a large capacity washer and dryer and a commercial ice maker so you don't have to keep going to the store to buy ice. Now, to the best part, the waterfront that is only 20 steps from the house/deck. There is an oversized dock with mostly Trex decking and plenty of area to sit in the shade (with four ceiling fans) or in the sun, and to tie up your boat. Boats in photos and on the property are not included in rental. There are easy steps down into the water to swim and float including a large water mat. There is a bluetooth stereo on the dock so you can listen to your favorite music while hanging out on the dock or swimming. There is ample vehicle parking and a private boat ramp if you bring your own boat. We are very close to Chuck's Marina which has the best pizza on the lake and is very convenient to gas up your boat. We are flexible with check-in and check-out times. If nobody is in the place the day before your rental, you can request a check-in as early as 11:00AM. If we do not have a renter coming in right behind you, you can check out as late as 6:00PM. **Book through VRBO ONLY to protect yourself.
