"No Agenda Lake Martin" Beautifully remodeled 5 Bedroom Home on a No Wake Cove

5 Bedroom 3 full bath home, located on a beautiful cove conveniently located between the famous Chimney Rock and Chucks. Features 3 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, and a bunk room that sleeps 6. Beautiful water views from every bedroom. A large open floor plan, great for family entertainment and dining, also all with water views. Downstairs you'll find a "Game Room" equipped with a pool table, air hockey, dart board, and foosball. A gathering area with a large TV, foldout couch and twin rollout bed if needed, that at night time can be divided by a built in privacy curtain. We also have toddler beds and playpens available on request. Outside games include Corn Hole, Can Jam, and Giant Jenga. Dock is equipped with life jackets, a lily pad, kayaks, paddle boards, and a variety of floats and other water toys. Two large outdoor decks span the entire length of the home. Decks include a Gas Grill, outdoor dining table, outdoor couch, fire pit and outdoor TV for your entertainment and relaxation.
Feel free to bring your own boat to dock at the house or Inquire direct with owner for optional pontoon boat rental mid May.

This is our second time for this rental & one of our favorites. The owners have thought of everything. The kitchen is so well stocked, the beds are comfy & a lot of board games for kids & adults. Our family had a blast. Definitely five star!

We had an amazing stay! The property had so many activities — from indoor games to outdoor fun and water activities — there was always something to do for everyone. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept so well after our busy days. The host was wonderful — easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and extremely helpful throughout our trip. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Wedding week

We stayed at the No Agenda lake house for the week of my wedding! The property owner was so kind and accommodating during the stressful but exciting week. Could not have had a better time; we plan on coming back next year for our anniversary because we loved it so much!

Saved the day!

When are bridesmaids house for our daughter’s wedding weekend fell through unexpectedly, we found this house on Vrbo and it was perfect! Hostess was absolutely wonderful and couldn’t have been more helpful to help us assure our guests (the bride and 9 bridesmaids) had a wonderful time. The accommodations were lovely. We had a beautiful luncheon and it couldn’t have been better.

The Best NYE!

I rented this lake house for new year's eve with two of my college girlfriends and our families. There were six adults and several kids and we had the best time! The communication leading up to our stay was top notch. The house is truly beautiful with so many thoughtful touches. Since it was around the holidays we got to enjoy all of the Christmas decorations as well. The kids had the best time in the game room. Even though we weren't able to enjoy water sports because of the time of year, they had plenty to stay entertained! The kitchen is fully stocked - we cooked all of our meals there and had everything we needed. The beds are incredibly comfortable. If you have a large group, this is the perfect place to rent!

Family Christmas Vacation

This was one of the best vacation houses we have stayed in. This house was very well stocked with just about everything you needed. It was plenty of room for our large family that was gathered for Christmas. Kim was very responsive and accommodating. We will defiantly be back!

Best 16th Birthday!

I took my daughter and her friends for her 16th birthday! This house was perfect in every way. It literally has everything one might need as well as the most fun water and yard activities. Not to mention the most beautiful back porch that we sat and watched football all day! I cant wait to stay here again! If you are tbinking about booking it, DO IT!

Family vacation

We booked far in advance and communication with homeowner was excellent about house and boat rental. We had 15 family members staying at the house from 5 - 78 and everyone had a great time. There are numerous amenities for inside and outside. Home is on quiet part of lake so children were able to swim with no worries. Would recommend for any family!

Lee Annual lake vacation

Great property where we could visit in the house, on the dock, paddle boarding or kayaking, also had a nearby landing so we could bring boat around. Very nice house and owner communication. Smart TVs in 7 different places. Perfect week!

Best Family Vacation!

The location on the lake was perfect!! The house is tucked away from lake traffic, so we were all able to use the kayaks and paddleboards with ease. Having the pontoon boat already there was such a convenience! The house was clean, with so much to do inside and outside. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We had a group with ages 8-70 and EVERYONE had an amazing time! Our family will definitely be back!!!

Great place for a family trip

We had a great experience here. There were a lot of extra amenities such as shampoo and conditioner, coffee and tea, not just a grill but a meat smoker as well not to mention the kayaks and paddle boards for entertainment. My only issue was the pull out couch was very uncomfortable and the sheets that were stored with it did not appear clean. Everything else was amazing!

Wonderful house! The bedrooms were all spacious and nice, the living room provided a great area to cook and hang out. The lake house is in a nice quiet cove area on the water in one of the better areas on the entire lake.

Wedding weekend

What an amazing weekend stay at No Agenda! From the moment we opened the door i was blown away! Pictures do not do this lake home justice , it is absolutely beautiful! We were there a total of 4 nights, for our daughters wedding, along with 9 other family members and there was plenty of beds and space for everyone! The home was spotless and everything you could ever need was there. The owner, Kimberly, was so easy to talk to and i feel like i made a special friend, just through our brief communications. We will definitely be staying at No Agenda again!

Hideaway Treasure

The house was great! The amenities were great too! Kim was very easy to work with & check in & check out was a breeze. We had a great stay, everyone was pleased & I highly recommend. Lots of games for all ages & kitchen well stocked. Awesome balcony too!

Family Vacation

Our large group of extended family stayed here for our Thanksgiving together. It was perfection! Exceptionally clean, well stocked kitchen, and an abundance of games and entertainment. The owner was super easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We will most definitely stay here again.

Owners Kim & Brian are parents to 3 beautiful children and reside full time in Tallahassee, Florida. After visiting Lake Martin one time, we fell in love with the area. Living in Florida we were in search of something different than sand and saltwater. After much looking, and learning the desirable areas of the lake we finally found the perfect spot. In 2020 we found our little piece on heaven on Lake Martin.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Ideal for large families or a couple families looking to vacation together. Loads of entertainment opportunities for adults and children. Safe cove to turn the children out to go swimming without having to worry about the high speed boat traffic, like on other areas of the lake.
