Vacation home with large terrace in the vacation park at Twistesee, Bad Arolsen

We rent our beautifully renovated roof-only house in the “Am Twistesee” holiday park.

The house has 6 beds divided into a double bed on the ground floor and 2 x 2 single beds on the upper floor.
Bedding is provided, but you must bring your own bed linen, sheets, towels and tea towels.

We offer a new fitted kitchen with a convection oven, ceramic hob, 2 refrigerators, extractor hood, kettle, coffee machine and much more.
A dishwasher is not available.

The bathroom has been renovated with a shower and toilet.

In the house you will find a flat-screen television and a radio-CD stereo system.

The house has WiFi.

On the large sun terrace you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the forest and nature.

This is a non-smoking house and unfortunately pets are not allowed.

Grilling with your own gas or electric grill is permitted.
Grilling with charcoal is not permitted due to the risk of forest fires!

Since the house is located in the middle of the forest, as can be seen in the photos, it can happen that a spider or a mouse gets lost inside.

The prices for the house vary depending on the season between EUR 69 and EUR 85 per day.

In addition to the rental price, there is a flat rate of EUR 3.50 per day / person for water, electricity, gas and WiFi, which is paid on site in cash.

The final cleaning costs EUR 60 and is paid in cash on site when the keys are handed over.

In addition to a table tennis table and a volleyball court, the holiday park also has a very nice playground with a climbing frame, slide, swing, etc.

The Twistesee offers a beautiful sandy beach (accessible on foot) with restaurants, toilets and showers, a water ski facility, boat rental and much more.

At the entrance to the holiday park there is a mini golf course and right next to the holiday park there is a "real" 9-hole golf course with all the trimmings. There is a very good burger restaurant here, which is also within walking distance.

In Bad Arolsen (approx. 5 minutes away by car) there are not only good shopping opportunities but also very good restaurants for every taste.

If you would like to go on bike tours but can't or don't want to take a bike with you, you can rent one cheaply and easily in Bad Arolsen from 2Rad-Brüne (www.2rad-bruene.de).


The neighboring house, also a well-renovated single-roof house, is also available for rent.
