Modern and stylish apartment with amazing view over Reykjavik

Our cozy apartment is located in a great up and coming area in Reykjavík called Efstaleiti. It’s close to the city center and in walking distance of the main shopping mall in Iceland, Kringlan. The area is a family-friendly neighborhood, surrounded by different places to walk, play, ride a bike and explore. There’s a great restaurant just a few steps away that’s suitable for everyone and plenty of shops available in Kringlan to buy groceries, clothes and gifts.

There are plenty of bus routes close by to get you where you might need to go, like the city center to enjoy all the attractions Reykjavík has to offer.

Our apartment is on the top floor of the building (6th floor) and has incredible views of Reykjavík and the mountain landscape further ahead. To get to the top floor, you can take the elevator or the stairs. The place consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, and an open space for the kitchen, dining table and living room. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed, second bedroom has two single beds (90x200cm). The kitchen is fully equipped with anything needed to make a nice meal. The space and atmosphere in our apartment is comfortable to relax and unwind. There’s also a spacious balcony that’s perfect for a good BBQ or sunbathing with a gorgeous view on the horizon!

There’s a baby crib and high hair available to use for your children.
Linen, towels, soaps and such are included.

We manage over 100 properties here in Iceland, most of them in the Reykjavik area and also outside of Reykjavik.  Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik.  We also offer long term renting.
