Luxury apartment with a view of the harbour

This luxury 130 square meter 3 bedroom apartment is in a brand new building. There are two full bathrooms which is rather rare in one floor apartments in Iceland. The first one has a shower and the other one comes with both a shower and a bath tub. The apartment is stylishly furnished on the 5th floor with a great view of the harbour and mount Esja. The view from the living room over the harbour is amazing. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and essential spices at your disposal along with complimentary tea and coffee. There is an extra room with a washing machine and a dryer. There is also free parking on the right side of the building. The harbour area behind the building is up and coming with many restaurants to choose from along with a wonderful ice cream store. Close by are several grocery shops and a pharmacy. There is an elevator in the building. Last but not least a high speed free wireless internet for you to enjoy

Excellent experience! Our host was very accommodating and left some wonderful gifts for us to take home from our journey. The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is near two bus stops which made travel convenient. There are also a couple coffee shops, a few restaurants, and 3 grocery stores within a 5 minute walk, which was very convenient! There was only one mishap, which was 100% my fault, and the host was very friendly and helpful with the issue. This will definitely be my pick for the next time I visit Iceland!

This was a wonderful location and space for our family. We appreciated the warm welcome from our host along with website links and other information to make the most of our stay. The full size refrigerator, coffee pot, and tea kettle ensures we started each day ready to explore. The kitchen and family space was a perfect place to relax at the end of the day.

We loved staying here. Everything was neat, clean, and well-cared for. The beds were comfortable. The building was quiet. The kitchen was well-equipped. Wi-Fi was robust.It was a quick, easy walk to anywhere we wanted to go. One of the major bus stops was literally just a few steps from the front door. There is a nearby playground where we took the children every afternoon to burn off some energy. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a major plus. The view was great - Harpa Hall, Hallgrimskirkja, the harbor and boats, mountains in the distance. Communication with our host was easy and prompt. He was very nice to work with and accommodated our requests.

Exceptional!!

Best host I've ever rented from! Very detail oriented host with organized clear instructions of key pick up location and check in process. Having photos of how to find key and check in was extremely helpful. Quick response and checked in to make sure all was running smoothly. I've never received such a nice gift upon entering the rental. Our group was blown away by it and we will treasure it is a memory of our amazing trip in this beautiful country! Beautiful apartment with a breathtaking view. Comfortable beds, lots of fun art and books. Host gave some fun facts about Iceland and a google maps to follow for dining/activities. Great communication and free parking next to the building. This was helpful especially when visiting town it was not a far walk. Thank you Sjonni!!

Great Stay

The apartment was very nice and had a panoramic view of the harbor. The owner was very accommodating and provided us with a lot of useful information about the area. The location of the property was close restaurants, supermarkets and a short walk to the city center. I will stay here again if we get a chance to come back to Iceland.

One of our very favorite apartments in Iceland

Located in the most wonderful neighborhood in Reykjavik this clean, comfortable apartment is adorned with beautiful modern art and the views out the windows are stunning. Communication with management was great. I'm ready to buy this place and live here forever.

Perfect apartment

The 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adult parents + 2 adult children). Centrally located at the harbor...great views, great sunlight. Easy walk to main shopping area. Easy access to highways for day trips. Nice coffee shop / bakery (Brikk) across the street. Our host Sjonni was beyond responsive and friendly. Highly recommend this spot.

Amazing Apartment

Amazing views over ReykjavĂ­k port. It was a spacious living accommodation, and was only a 10 min walk into ReykjavĂ­k city centre. It had large windows which we were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights out of it! Overall, a perfect stay!

Can’t say enough great things about this apartment! From the beginning the owner was always in contact with us and extremely easy to work with. The apartment itself was very clean and had the best location to walking into town or being down by the harbor. The apartment had everything we needed and plenty of space for our group. We had the best week in Iceland and would rent here again!

Spacious Apartment with an Amazing View!

The apartment was plenty spacious for our family. It was nice to have a fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining and family room areas, with wonderful views of the marina, water and mountains. Sjonni was extremely accommodating and always available to answer any questions. The apartment is in a great location, close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend taking a private, customized tour with Jenny & Sibylle (we did the Golden Circle and South Coast tours). Also, highly recommend the Coocoo's Nest restaurant, Brikk bakery (across the street), FlyOver Iceland and the Lava Center. We had a wonderful 5 night stay at the apartment and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!! :)

Brilliant apartment

We would highly recommend this apartment, great views of the harbour with everything you could possibly need. Property manager has given great thought to the details of the surrounding area, very helpful recommendations and easy to communicate with. We had a n amazing stay and will stay again when we visit Iceland

Great stay over Christmas

Great location, very easy to get around within walking distance to downtown. The apartment is clean and spacious, it has all the essentials we needed during our stay. SigurjĂłn was very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it.

Great Stay

We just got back from our stay in Iceland at Reykjavik 101. From the very beginning there was great communication with the owner Sjonni. Clear instructions were provided on how to gain access to the unit with great info provided ahead of arrival. The unit was spotless-clean, spacious for our girls trip (6 of us) and it has a fantastic view (and balcony) overlooking the harbor which I loved. Amazing bakery across the street. Easy to get to the shopping area of Reykjavík, grocery etc. I will definitely be referring friends and family to stay here. Thanks Sjonni for everything—stay was perfect.

Icelandic Experience

I worked as a glacier guide for a few years in Skaftafell national park. I also own a gallery on the street parallel to the main street.
