Upgraded home with indoor and outdoor living space for your beach time fun! We try and ensure all amenities to help your stay be full of family fun and memories! Great location and loads of extra’s!!! We have always strived to help a vacation be a vacation.

We are trying out having a fur family member be allowed to visit. You must select pet option during booking process. We love this area and we have a large family, so we needed a few locations to house us all! We try and make sure we provide a location for your family and friends to enjoy! Our home is stocked like a home not a rental with many amenities. Great location to pier and less than 5 min to being on the beach!

Always a pleasure staying here! Best beds on the island. Best stocked kitchen. Two bicycles included along with beach chairs and towels! Close to the beach. We will return with our pup!

Our family had a very relaxing 5 nights .at TeeTime. Everything the owners described about the home was right on! My wife loved the nik-nacks and setup of the house. The beds and couches wereniwnte comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the screened in porches front and back. Convenient to get to the beach. We were quite at home in this beautiful home. This is a great house with a great location. Short walk to the beach, and the beach is wonderful. We had everything we could possibly need in this well stocked home. It was clean, and comfortable. Easy check in and check out. The owner is lovely and made everything easy. We will be coming back!

My husband and I rented this property for 4 nights/5 days and brought our Pomeranians for their first visit to a beach. The renting process was very easy -- the host responded to our questions immediately, and once we submitted the reservation request, it was accepted right away. She continued to respond very quickly to any questions that we had leading up to getting to Sunset Beach. The house is exactly as or even better than pictured. It is steps from the beach. The LR/DR/kitchen are in the center of the house, and there is a pair of bedrooms that share a bathroom on either side of this main living area. Each pair is made up of a big bedroom with a king-size bed and a slightly smaller bedroom with either a queen size bed or bunk beds. The larger bedrooms are so big that there is plenty of space even with the king-size beds. The beds are extremely comfortable.The house also includes just about everything you could need for your stay -- the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots/pans, cooking equipment. Bathrooms include shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The storage room downstairs has beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart, umbrella, sand anchor, everything you could need for the beach--it's so helpful to not have to pack those things.There are multiple outdoor areas in which to spend time. There is a front deck, back deck, screened-in porch, widow's watch & huge area in the carport that all have lots of seating and tables. Definitely recommend!

This beautiful home was immaculate, well-stocked, and had all the comforts of home. The spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, and vast seating areas, inside and out, made our family’s trip outstanding. The kitchen is complete with any and every amenity you need. The owners were kind, gracious, and very quick to respond to our messages. Everything you need for the beach is on site; beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, toys, and a large wagon. We cannot wait to book our next trip to Tee Time.

Annual beach vacation with daughter, son-in-law, grandkids and their dog! Sunset beach is terrific for families! And this house was perfect for our family. Clean, well stocked, easy walk to beach….just perfect! Owners very responsive and kind!

Comfort, ease of layout, outdoor space and all around easy vibe for family and friends to relax and have fun making new memories. We are one of the few that let the furry family member join in on the fun.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Ease to beach (direct access street), lots of outdoor living spaces for family fun and we ensure we try and provide amenities that make the stay fun. There is also on 3rd street a ramp access for those with special needs. Beach allows dogs most of the time on leash, but during peak season it must be before 8am and after 6pm.
