Our house comfortably sleeps 10 with 1 king bed in the downstairs suite, 2 suites upstairs with queen beds, one suite with 2 twin beds, and a sofa bed (pullout couch) in the upstairs living room. The home occupancy permits 10 people. House is professionally cleaned between every stay.

Complimentary WiFi, live TV and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

You will have access to the entire place during your stay!

We live about 25 minutes away from the property but have plenty of ways to help during your stay if needed. We have tried to make your stay as seamless as possible to make things easier for both parties.

*Cancellations* Please keep in mind that we do stick to the cancellation policy on our listing and we do not make exceptions. This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays etc (anything that is out of our control as the host). We strongly recommend getting travel insurance if you have concerns with this, as it is not expensive and provides you peace of mind.

The house served our needed so well. Walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants. The hot tub and fire pit were lovely. We had a few issues but the owners responded quickly and solved the problem.

Upon arrival, we found significant cleanliness issues, including spider webs, dirt, and weeds around the front door. More concerningly, inside the house, there was dog hair on the kitchen table, coffee table, and, most unacceptably, on top of and inside the bedding. As it was too late to wash the bedding ourselves, we had to purchase new sheets and blankets for the three beds we used.The hot tub was also a major issue. When we opened it, the water was green and emitted a strong odor. When I messaged you about this, you stated, "the hot tub has a chemical similar to chlorine in it called bromine that make the water turn bluish green. It is perfectly safe and clean to use." However, the following day, someone entered the property without our notification while we were out to add additional chemicals to the hot tub, which contradicts your earlier assurance that it was clean.The most alarming incident occurred when we returned to the home and smelled gas at the front door. Upon entering, the smell was intense, prompting us to immediately open all windows and doors due to concerns for our safety. I heard gas coming from the firepit when I opened the back door, but the strong smell inside the home was deeply unsettling. When we tried to contact you, you stated you had an important meeting for your child and would contact the gas company, then hung up on us and called me "silly."Given these serious safety concerns and the host's dismissive response, we did not feel safe.

Great location to Boise State

The house was clean and perfect for our stay. The hot tub was warm and we enjoyed the amenities. More towels would be great as each room only had one towel and beach towles for the Hot Tub would be great. Other than that it was a perfect stay!

Perfect family getaway, beautiful comfortable, and kid friendly

We recently stayed at this vacation rental and couldn’t be happier with our experience! The property was absolutely stunning, the home was immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable, and the location was also perfect—close to local attractions, but tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful.This rental truly exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely recommend it to families looking for a cozy, luxurious, and hassle-free getaway. Great stay in Boise

Our family stayed here while one of our daughters was swimming at the Western Zones meet at the local aquatic center. The home is quiet, clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family. Also, it is pet friendly and has an enclosed backyard, which was a huge plus. The house is conveniently located to downtown restaurants and parks. We spent the hot afternoons watching the Olympics and enjoyed the arcade games in the upstairs family room, too. Check in access and communication with the owner,/manager were great.

Mini family reunion

Great home! plenty of room for everyone ( we loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom) fabulous location to downtown, park, river, restaurants, hot tub and fire pit were a perfect way to end the day. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Place to Stay!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and the house was perfect for our group of 8! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Great location to downtown and easy access to freeway as well. We will be back!

Gorgeous home

House is perfect for a family. Each had their own space and privacy. The kitchen was a great hang out area. Upstairs is a loft for the young adults to gather and play the video game or watch TV. Getting anywhere from this house was the bonus. The main road behind the house takes you straight into town within minutes. The airport also in the opposite direction is a straight shot. Beds were comfortable and neighborhood is quiet.

Wonderful updated and clean property!

Myself and my 9 girlfriends enjoyed the property immensely!! The house was practically brand new! We were able walk to plenty of places but just hanging out in the house was just as much fun. This house was wonderful and we all had a great time !!

Contemporary Comfort

Our year-end, holiday get-together of friends from around the country was decimated by illness and airline cancellations. But those of us who could gather enjoyed a phenomenal retreat in Austin & Hannah's home. It was spacious, beautifully appointed, comfortable and comforting for our party.

4 Families at State Baseball Tourney

This property worked great for 4 couples for 3 nights. Love the fact that each bedroom has a full bath. The gas fireplace in the back yard made a great place to congregate. Very good experience overall.

Beautiful new home

Quick trip to view the college and we were very impressed with the house and the property management. Timely responses! Home is also in a great location. I would highly recommend this home to anyone.
