Seven Seas Villa sits on 3 acres of beautifully manicured grounds filled with over 200 Coconut Palms, assorted fruit trees, and lush Zoysia grass lawns. Enjoy 350ft of ocean front white sandy beach right at your doorstep.

Your daily needs will be attended to by a full service staff in the newly renovated 5,000 sq. ft. Villa. You can spend a lazy day napping inside a seaside hammock or get your blood flowing with a game of tennis at your own private tennis court.

Seven Seas is located minutes from some of the top attractions in Jamaica-- including Mystic Mountain, Dunn's River Falls, and Dolphin's Cove. Have our driver take you on a sightseeing trip of Ocho Rios or enjoy scuba diving and snorkeling right out your back door.

Accommodations are for 8 guests or 4 couples in four spacious, comfortable bedrooms. We will accept up to 12 persons, however the additional 4 must be children under the age of 12 at an additional cost per week, per child. Completely renovated in 2009/2010, everything is new from Jatoba windows and doors (hurricane proof), temperature efficient Panasonic air conditioning units, ceiling fans, decorative light fixtures, furniture and accessories. Each Bedroom has its own en-suite private bathroom, newly renovated as well with beautifully tiled walk in showers with rain shower heads and hand held shower units, elegant fixtures and vessel bowls on custom made vanities. Hairdryers are provided. Unique area rugs in tropical patterns and colors sets the motif for each bedroom. Artwork adorns the walls from Jamaican Artists, some original pieces! Custom made closet systems which includes a safe to lock up your valuables and important documents. Each bedroom also has a 32" television. A tropical crisp, clean spa feeling is our intention with white bedding accented with throw pillows in an array of colors and patterns. All bedrooms offer an amazing view of the Caribbean Sea. When you enter the bedrooms you will not be disappointed. They are designed solely with your comfort in mind.

Dining:
While you stay at Seven Seas, your stay will be one that you will treasure from years to come. Meals at the villa are one part of your stay that will remain in your memory. The staff sets a gorgeous table with fine china, beautiful fresh flower arrangements in the dining room, by the poolside, in the gazebo, in our new pavilion or anywhere on the property you wish to dine. Special requests are gladly taken, as well as any dietary requirements or restrictions. If you plan on dining out, our staff would be more than happy to make reservations for you.

When you arrive at the villa on Saturday, that days meal will be planned for you. An initial supply of food and liquor is purchased in advance for the first two days of your stay. On Sunday, you will discuss the week's menu with our cook. Your cook is happy to work with you on menus for all meals and will do the shopping. If you prefer, you may shop with the cook or leave it all up to her. The choice is yours. At the end of the week, you will receive you grocery bill which includes beverages. Food costs an average of $300-350 per person per week. The size of the group and specific food choices will affect the cost, this is just an estimate.

Amenities include a heated 45' x 22' fresh water pool with diving board, slide, and waterfall jacuzzi, direct access to Mammee Bay Beach, a 400 sq. ft. pavilion overlooking the Caribbean Sea, private tennis court with lights and court side gazebo , shuffleboard, sand volleyball, and ping pong table, Bigga Webba Grill, a computer area with access to WiFi, and MORE.

The villa is rented from Saturday to Saturday, with a minimum rental of one week and maximum rental of two weeks. Seven Seas will only be rented to one group of vacationers per week, smaller groups will not share the villa with others. Rental Rates do not include "tips". It is customary to tip your staff at the conclusion of your stay. An appropriate gratuity is 10-15% of the villa rental. Van Rental or Airport Transfers available upon request.
