Please kindly note that food is not included in the listing price. We recommend budgeting an additional $70-75 per day per person. This includes breakfast, lunch, dinner as well as dessert.
- We also organize special events such as birthday parties, small weddings and vow renewal for a maximum of 25-30 people.
- There is a $35 per-person fee for guests over 10 people to attend your event.
- One-time event fee of $700 USD applies to weddings and large events.

- Typical staff customary gratuity is 15% in low season and 10% in high season.
- No smoking except in designated smoking areas clearly stated at the property. Please be aware that violation of this rule will attract a $400 cleaning fee per incident.
