You will be enchanted when you walk into our 6700 square foot cabin boasting 9 bedrooms (8 king beds!) and 8 bathrooms on 3 acres of land! Our beautiful cabin is located in Blairsville, GA, just minutes from numerous attractions! **BEDROOMS** -- ALL BEDROOMS HAVE THEIR OWN 55 INCH FLAT SCREEN SMART TV's for streaming.


We have 9 bedrooms, 9 king beds, 2 queen beds and 3 twin bunks. 5 bedrooms have private bathrooms, 2 have attached, but shared baths, and 2 have detached baths down the hall. There is a TV in every bedroom.

**MAIN LEVEL**

SANTA ROOM (master), 2 king beds with adjustable bases that raise up and down with a wireless remote. Attached full bath. Option to share with Snowman room if desired.

SNOWMAN ROOM: 2 queen beds, full bathroom down the hall, or option to share with Santa room if desired.

CARDINAL ROOM: 1 king bed, private full bath

CHRISTMAS TREE ROOM: 1 king bed, private bath, option to share with kitchen area if desired.

**UPSTAIRS**

GNOME ROOM: 1 king bed, private full bath

FARMHOUSE CHRISTMAS ROOM: 1 king bed, jack and jill attached shared bath with shower.

**RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS**


Minimum age of primary renter: 25

Maximum guests 28 (including up to 12 children or infants)

50% due at time of booking, remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file on the due date.

Non-Smoking cabin - smoking is allowed outside with windows closed.

NO PETS ALLOWED, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Our cabins are FULLY STOCKED with linens, towels, pillows, blankets, full kitchen, and more.

Please note that there is a small pond and creek on our property with no fences.

**CANCELLATION POLICY**

Full refund for cancellations 60 days or more from arrival.

For cancellations less than 60 days no refunds. No changes of dates allowed. You may add a night if available.

**CHECK IN/CHECK OUT**

Check in time 4 p.m., Check out time 10 a.m.

Personalized 6 digit code will be emailed to you 7 days prior to your trip. You will use this code for an electronic key pad on the front door. No need to pick up keys, go directly to the cabin.

**SECURITY DEPOSIT AUTHORIZATION**

On your check-in date, a $500 authorization will be be put on your credit card as a hold. Nothing will be charged to your card unless there are significant damages done. Upon check-out, the authorization will be released 3 days after you leave.
