Very quiet and safe. Featuring a 65” Smart Tv in the living room and 43” Smart Tv in both bedrooms. (Cable TV). Very comfortable Queen size beds with freshly need carpet that feels so good on your bare feet. Enjoy the kitchen area to cook a great home cooked meal.

Chris is a great host, the place was very clean and accommodating for my families stay. There was one down side, even though the unit is on the first floor there are about 3-4 deep steps going up and then about 5-6 steps going down to get to the unit . I had my 82 year old grandmother here for the stay so we managed with walking around the right side of the building in the grass area. There was no way she could walk those steps with her COPD. I did ask ahead of time was the unit on the first floor , once the owner said yes I thought no more about it. Other than that I have absolutely nothing to say it was a great stay and if I had to rent again in the future for other family members I would .

Perfect location!

Apartment is clean and well located. It is a nice neighborhood with lots of space and plenty parking. Our host was quick to answer and very welcoming. We would definitely stay there again!

The apartment was cute and conveniently located. There were no amenities in the bathroom, which was a little disappointed… Luckily, we brought some body wash and shampoo with us. It was very warm in the apartment and I didn’t figure out how to change the temperature up until the second day we were there so I did not sleep very well… But other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

Fort Bragg stay

Very clean and comfortable property. Great location being close to base and stores. Perfect size for small family and plenty of parking. Will definitely stay again if back in town.

Great location for visiting Fayetteville

The property was as advertised. Quiet location, clean, and close to restaurants and grocery shopping. We even enjoyed a goose parade out back one evening. The check in process was smooth and there was great communication. We would plan to stay again. We enjoyed dinner at Umami and visited the botanical gardens during our stay.

Lovely Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very cozy, clean, smelled great, and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The place is very quiet. Chris, the manager was very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Centrally located near it all

The location was good and we were within a few miles of almost everything from food, shopping and downtown. Chris stayed in contact with us making sure we were good and didn’t need anything.

Very nice condo in an excellent location.

My wife and I spent two nights at this condo and had a great experience. The positive reviews are accurate. It is in a great location, centrally located near shopping, restaurants, and downtown. The condo was extremely clean with very comfortable beds. I highly recommend this unit if you're visiting Fayetteville.
