Very quiet and safe. Featuring a 65” Smart Tv in the living room and 43” Smart Tv in both bedrooms. (Cable TV). Very comfortable Queen size beds with freshly need carpet that feels so good on your bare feet. Enjoy the kitchen area to cook a great home cooked meal.

The apartment was cute and conveniently located. There were no amenities in the bathroom, which was a little disappointed
 Luckily, we brought some body wash and shampoo with us. It was very warm in the apartment and I didn’t figure out how to change the temperature up until the second day we were there so I did not sleep very well
 But other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

Location was incorrect this was not in downtown Fayetteville Also a broken chair 1 roll of tp for a week 1 garbage bag for the week Black mold around shower in master bathroom. Just overall not what I expected from VRBO.

The apartment was dirty! Both bathrooms were dirty & toilets had to be cleaned there was pubic hair & dried toilet paper on the rims. The bath mats were so dirty we had to shake them out & go buy laundry detergent to wash them. All door knobs were sticky and filthy. The kitchen draws had crumbs on the ledges & the fridge was sticky. The blinds were all bent/broken and dirty. When we mentioned it to the owner privately he then retaliated 3 days later & accused of breaking the spring in his sofa! We were not jumping on any furniture
 3 adults!!I have always had great experiences around the country & in the USA this is my first bad one!I would never stay here

The townhouse was very clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. The amenities were the bare minimum so we had to buy wash cloths, towels, tissue, paper towels, dish washing detergent, detergent and trash bags. Also it would have been nice to have local channels available. There was only what was available on Roku. We would definitely stay again but would be better prepared.

Great location for visiting Fayetteville

The property was as advertised. Quiet location, clean, and close to restaurants and grocery shopping. We even enjoyed a goose parade out back one evening. The check in process was smooth and there was great communication. We would plan to stay again. We enjoyed dinner at Umami and visited the botanical gardens during our stay.

Perfect location!

Apartment is clean and well located. It is a nice neighborhood with lots of space and plenty parking. Our host was quick to answer and very welcoming. We would definitely stay there again!

Downtown Fayetteville

The property was nicely arranged and decorated. Primary bathroom needs a refresh. Kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. We needed some instructions about what to do before checkout. Also needed shower soap and hangers. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay and very reasonably priced.

Plastic cover on bed

We were in town to visit family that is going through chemo. Location was close to cancer center as well as several eating places. Neighborhood was nice. House was very clean and comfortable. The reason for 4 stars overall instead of 5 stars, was because of the bed. The bed has a plastic cover with the sheets on top of it. Because of this, the bed made a crinkle sound when you moved and over in the night it becomes hot. With that being said, I would definitely stay here again but remove the plastic cover.

Wonderful and peaceful stay

My family really enjoyed our stay it felt like home. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. It is also located in a very quiet area. I felt safe staying there. I have two children attending Fayetteville State University in August. I will definitely book again to visit my children during their school year. I highly recommend this condo if you are visiting this area. It is also located near all the attractions and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!!!!

Amazing Area

This property was beautiful and peaceful. It felt at home. The location was great and there were many convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping centers 10 minutes out! Our host was very kind and answered questions when asked in a quick matter of time! Overall 5 star throughout! Very amazing.

Good place to stay in Fayetteville

While we had some technical difficulties that wouldn’t allow me to log in to work, Chris was generous in refunding our stay. The inside is clean and roomy for a family to be spread out.
