Emerald Coast Stay!

Sit back and relax in this light and airy 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, which sleeps 10. The fully stocked kitchen provides all you need to enjoy nice meals around the large dining room table with seating for 10. On the back patio you’ll find a gas grill to cook up your burgers, brats or even your own catch of the day. The garage provides another hang out spot with A/C, TV and patio furniture.

Beach towels are provided, and sand toys and chairs are loaded in the sand wagon ready for your trips to Navarre Beach, "Florida’s most relaxing place". A paddle board and kayak are available for your use on the Santa Rosa Sound. Free parking with miles of public beaches to explore, relax and soak up the sun. Find some unique seashells and watch the sandpipers. You might even catch a glimpse of dolphins in the distance.

Visit the Santa Rosa Sound (1 mile from the house) which includes Navarre Park (kids playground), beach access, boat ramp, Navarre family watersports and Dewey Destin’s Seafood Restaurant.

Great location and family friendly

We had a great stay and would highly recommend this place. Very quiet neighborhood great house and the owners are wonderful at responding. There is absolutely nothing negative I could say. It was a great trip.

Great spot

This place was nice and cozy. We had four adults and four children and had more than enough room. Beds were comfortable and the home had everything we needed for our vacation. Will definitely consider this place if we go back to this location.

family vacation

Loved everything about the house and property. There was plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 little ones. The back yard was great for my granddaughter to play and all of us to enjoy the evenings together. The house is in a very nice neighborhood. We walked in the evenings. We were able to go to many food trucks and restaurants withing minutes, and the beach was a few miles away. All very easy to get to. Plus, you don't need to bring anything for the beach. They have everything there you need.

Wonderful stay at the flip flop house. Great family rental. Plenty of space for a large family.

We had a wonderful week at the flip flop house with our family. My husband and I drove from NY to meet our sons and their families from east Texas. The house accommodated us beautifully for family dinners and sleeping space. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances, beach towels and toys were provided, and even a pack and play and high chair for our toddlers. It has a large fenced in back yard which was wonderful for the children to run and play. The location couldn’t be better. It was a short drive to grocery stores, beaches, and restaurants. Kimberly, the owner, was great to work with and was quick to reply to any questions. We highly recommend this rental home and look forward to coming back.

We had a great time in Navarre! The house and backyard were bigger than expected based on the pictures in the listing. This home has everything you need! The kitchen had many extras that most rentals do not. This home is centrally located between Pensacola/Pensacols Beach and Fort Walton Beach and Destin. There was plenty to see and do to keep us busy and entertained. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a quiet neighborhood close to lots of fun! Kimberly was an excellent host who stayed in touch and checked on our comfort. Thank you!!

Excellent stay!

It doesn’t get better than this. It was our first VRBO trip and we were not disappointed. Our hosts were excellent, the property was sparkling clean with so many amenities and awesome location! Plenty of room for 8 guests! If we head back to Navarre, this is where we will be staying again

Clean and comfortable

This home is clean and comfortable. It has a well stocked kitchen with excellent choices for cooking or grilling. We loved that we had a sand/beach wagon, beach chairs, and towels provided to have a day in the sand and water. This property is very well maintained. We will be back.

While on the road we found the beaches here in the Emerald Coast to be some of the best to be found anywhere (and we've traveled many countries and Jay even grew up in Florida near the beach). We also love the laid back family atmosphere of Navarre and are excited to share this place with you!
