You will find a well stocked kitchen, a large dining table and bar seating to create and enjoy your meals. At the end of the day, settle into the comfortable living room furniture and a flat screen TV to enjoy late-night flicks with the family.
On the 2nd floor you will also find 2 bedrooms. Bedroom1 features a queen bed with ensuite bath . Bedroom 2 features a queen bed as well. Take the interior stairs down to the 1st floor where you will find 2 more guest bedrooms. Bedroom 3 features a queen bed and Bedroom 4 is the bunk room with two full over full bunk beds.
Guests have access to a large 2 car garage.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required.
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
