This is a terrific property; it had incredible ambient beach vibes and was very beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. It was a fantastic deal given its capacity for up to 12 and proximity to the beach. My family and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The place even had a private hot tub and working elevator, that where huge bonuses! We would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to our friends!

The property was clean and the accommodations were as described and meet our expectations. Teens loved the pool and being next door to it. Great for family gatherings.

It was also super clean. Great location and the elevator was a huge bonus for my mother-in-law who has a hard time navigating the stairs. We will definitely come back. Management company is super easy to work with.

Beautiful, spacious unit. We would definitely stay here again. Would recommend getting a cart (Sage Beach Carts is only 1.5 blocks away) for going to the beach and tooling around town.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, but several issues kept this property from meeting our expectations. The biggest disappointment was that one of the primary bedroom sinks had been completely removed even though it still appears in the listing photos.When we arrived, the downstairs bathroom hamper was full of dirty towels from previous guests & the kitchen trash cans still contained trash despite the home supposedly being cleaned & inspected. The downstairs shower also stayed extremely hot throughout our stay making it difficult for my parents to use. Also - the upstairs balcony door constantly jammed & only one of five adults could open it without feeling like it would break. We specifically rented this home because it had an elevator for our elderly family members, but it was extremely finicky & had no operating instructions. Another major issue was the front gate locking overnight without a provided gate code. My father left early for breakfast & was locked out until 9:00 a.m. because I never received a response through the VRBO app - the lack of communication once our stay began was alarming; I felt like if I were to reach out with the other issues listed, it would’ve gone unanswered as well.The home has great potential & is in an awesome location, but the maintenance, cleanliness & lack of communication significantly impacted our stay.
