Booked this cabin for a week when we came to prescott for our wedding, cabin was amazing , secluded , peaceful and a awsome get way. Chance the host responded very quickly everytime i had a question. We will for sure stay here again and would highly recommend......

The cabin was nice. We enjoyed our stay. The pines were beautiful. We saw lots of deer. I would suggest bringing storage zip lock bags and foil. We cooked a lot, but only a small frying pan was available.

my girlfriends and i LOVED staying here!! we had no problems getting there and parking was easy to fit all our cars :) the porch was our favorite place to be, and the inside of the house was super cozy and comfortable for all us neurodivergent folks!!

Wonderful getaway location!

We were very delighted with our stay! If your looking for peace and quite this is the place to go! Chance and his wife put a lot of effort into making sure we had everything we needed for our secluded stay in the beautiful Prescott forest! The cabin was very clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and we absolutely loved the charming decor! We hope to come back in the future !

Really loved the surroundings. The propane outdoor fireplace and outside patio lights really added to our fun time! Cabin is beautiful and had every single thing we needed.

Peaceful getaway

Everyone appreciated the tranquility of the forest and most comfortable beds and blankets. The cabin was well decorated and very clean. Chance responded immediately whenever I reached out with questions. I think that the listing could have mentioned that the main bedrooms are all upstairs and that a high clearance vehicle is needed. We all had a great time and enjoyed nearby hiking trails and exploring Prescott antique stores and restaurants!

Just what we were looking for

Very nice/comfortable property. It’s a stretch to say it sleeps 12, but overall it was wonderful for my large family and we enjoyed our time there. The host was very communicative and helped promptly with minor issues that popped up.

Perfect cozy house

This house was perfect to hold all of us girls. It was so clean and we loved how it was decorated. It was stocked with everything we needed. All the extra blankets were great because it was a cold weekend. We all loved it. Thank you for hosting us!!

All the comforts of home in beautiful surroundings!

You can really tell the owners put their hearts in this remodeled, modern cabin! So many personal touches and beautiful decor within the cabin and beautiful, peaceful surroundings outside! Everything in the listing was exactly as described and the owners were very helpful and communicative. My family had an amazing stay! I would definitely recommend this location for anyone wanting to get out in nature while still enjoying the comforts of home!

Perfect private getaway

We booked this cabin after having to cancel a backpacking trip due to an injury. We were looking for solitude and a sense of wilderness, and Chance’s property was perfect. It was clean, quiet, and located just 9 miles outside of town for meals and grocery shopping. The kitchen is well-appointed and the master bed is incredibly comfy. We saw deer, coyotes, and even a few javelinas! Would definitely stay here again.

Tucked Away Cabin

The photos on the listing are not representative of the property as it stands now. The cabin could use some updates to the flooring and walls, as well as cleaning protocols to improve safety and cleanliness. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Overall, the cabin was a nice place to stay that felt safe and was in a quiet and peaceful area.

Hidden Gem

This place is a hidden gem! It was the PERFECT PLACE for our kids and grandkids to come and surprise my husband for his birthday!! It is well stocked with appliances and dishes etc. It was clean and cute. We brought ziplock bags which was helpful. My only complaint was we didn’t book it for longer…Seriously a great place to stay. The host had everything set up for the perfect experience to feel at home and create great family memories!! Thank you!!!

Mouse infestation do not book!

This house has a mouse problem throughout. Twice we saw a live mouse run through the house. Droppings in every room including on top of the kitchen island and in the couch cushions and the last straw for us, one had made a nest in a pillow on the bed that my children had already been on and were planning on sleeping in. Also no cleaning supplies at all. So unsanitary and unacceptable to lease to anyone. We messaged and FaceTimed with the owner that night and he brushed off everything and said the cleaners would come back in the morning to disinfect and check the various traps that are everywhere as well. We left the property the next morning after spending one night crammed in the master bed together and sadly the owner had completely ghosted us since. BUYER BEWARE! Unfortunately we have gotten no support from VRBO even though we’ve rented dozens of properties with them without so much as a negative review until the is one. It’s just wrong and it ruined our family vacation and these people have stolen our money.
