Note-There is a long-term tenant in a separate apartment that stays to himself and uses the east side far garage door.

We were a large group since we booked this for bridal party in town for a wedding and unfortunately, the host made this stay very uncomfortable. Initially, we booked the place because it had so many different beds and areas to sleep in, but unfortunately, upon arrival, we found out that the property actually had two less beds then shown in photos. When we messaged the host to inquire about this, we were told that we had too many people and that the house could accommodate 16 but we were only allowed 14 as per city ordinance. We informed the host that we were a group of 14 but not all comfortable sharing beds and the host reiterated that city ordinance is 14 guests and then threatened to bring law-enforcement on the property and have us “removed from the premises”. We felt very unsafe throughout our day due to threatening messages from the host and will be sure to stick with hotels moving forward.

Raquel and her group had unapproved guests and unapproved pets. They left the place a mess and could have cost us $2500 per day and the loss of our city license to operate as a vacation rental. We have strict policies that the city enforces on Occupancy. If you show up with more than is allowed you will be told to leave. The dog urinated in multiple spots and they drug an extra mattress from storage and left it sitting in the middle of the living room. They COMPLETELY disrespected the home and our house rules. PLEASE do stick to hotels. We are still cleaning your mess up from your party weekend. I wish this could be put on your account so that other hosts can see what you actually do at VRBO's. You are not welcome to come back.

Beautiful views from the deck. House needs a bit of updating but overall we had a wonderful stay. We had a couple of hiccups with appliances but the manager was easy to communicate with and got them fixed quickly. Great property.

Best girls’ weekend

We stayed at the Luella house for my bachelorette party and it was amazing. The house is beautiful and there was enough room and bathrooms that all my guests were comfortable and had privacy. Definitely recommend and definitely coming back!

The property was so spacious for a big family. Had a lot of fun things to do in the home and around the property for younger kids. The decks were comfortable and had beautiful views. We would definitely stay in this home again.

Family Reunion

We had the best stay joining all of our relatives in the hometown of our mother and were so grateful for this large and spacious home we could make a home away from home! Fit 3 families incredibly comfortably and we loved having 4 bathrooms! Kitchen was well appointed and quite well stocked for a rental home.
