★ Provided Items & Supplies – Our luxury lodge features a starter supply of fresh linens, bath towels, soaps, toilet paper, paper towel, and trash liners for the first 2-3 days. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guests. BYO coffee.

★ Special Deliveries - Upon request, we can deliver firewood, S’mores packages, and more from our concierge, just let us know what would make your stay special!

★ Pest Control - We take every precaution possible to keep pests and insects outdoors by having our property exterminated regularly. Keep all doors and windows closed when not in use. Please remember that our lodge is in the forest, which are home to critters such as beetles, field mice, squirrels, racoons, opossums, flies, wasps, deer, coyotes, moths, and butterflies just to name a few. They were here long before us, and they will be long after us.

★ Hot Tub - The hot tub is trained, sanitized, fresh water added, and treated before your arrival. They are ready for use at a warm 98 degrees. Directions for hot tub use are located on the wall next to it.

★ Linen and Bedding Service - All bed linens and towels are hotel-grade, fresh and totally exchanged by our cleaning service between every single stay.

★ Wifi Reliability - While we pay for top of the line wifi, we are in the woods in a rural area, and signals may vary occasionally.. We’re not responsible for any outages, delays, or issues with the wifi.

Spacious and very clean place. 5 king sized beds was a nice change of pace from where most hosts try to cram as many beds as possible into a home. The kitchen is probably the most well equipped ones available for your cooking needs. The hosts have been very responsive from the first message sharing my interest in reserving the home, to the checkout process. They made sure to check in during our visit to make sure all was going well. And the check-in and checkout process was seamless.

The house was very accommodating for our group of 17. They had plenty of kitchen dishes and utensils. Plenty of seating. The beds were comfortable! It did snow/ice while we were there so we didn’t really get to enjoy the outdoor amenities, which was a bummer. But with that, the owners were very accommodating when we weren’t able to leave on our scheduled check out day due to the road conditions. Overall, it was a nice house for our large group!

The host was very responsive and got us in early when we didn’t account for the time change. The property was as described & they followed up a couple days after check in to make sure we were good to go. We had a party of 16 and everyone was comfortable. The laundry room with the extra fridge & the FANS in the top floor bedrooms were AMAZING. This was our first trip to broken bow & we would recommend this property & these hosts to anyone looking to stay here. Thanks for being great hosts for our 5th annual family vacation!

Incredible peaceful getaway

Very impressed with the overall condition of the property. Location was great, short 5 minute drive to the main highway. Kitchen was well stocked and made cooking easy for our group of 20. Love the downstairs bunk area, great for the kids to have their own little space and be able to spread out without annoying the adults. Tons of games, two outdoor decks to spread out on. Never ran out of hot water even with 20 people showering.

We had the best time!! The cabin had everything we needed to make our family vacation possible. There was plenty of room to spread out which was awesome. Beautiful home with everything you need

We had a great time at this property. It is a beautiful home in beautiful surroundings. No complaints at all about the home. We had 19 family members ranging in ages from 12-69 and there were places and spaces for all of us. We had a couple glitches with the internet, but it was fixed and all was well. You won't be sorry renting this home!
