European Villa w/Pool and Spa- minutes from the Palm Desert Paseo

This property has been a rental for several years and never has had to deal with anything like this. I will address as follows: The property is located in Palm Desert, therefore is booked for festivals, family reunions, birthday parties, events and general get togethers. On the owner login, it asks us, how many people do we allow to sleep per night. To allow room for parties we marked ten. The house sleeps six with beds, but the house features a dual large couch, that people like to make use of and we have two air mattresses in the laundry room. The property is also pet friendly. The cleaning people are a group of ladies who come and service the property before and after every booking. In the house rules, we state clearly that check in is AFTER three, so really closer to four because the manager checks the property before bookings check in. This booking showed up four hours early, ignored my advice to wait for my text for when it was time to check in. Instead they harassed my property managers and cleaners, by waiting outside almost the entire time... The property manager and his wife were there making sure the house was up to order and their child was there, since this was the day before thanksgiving and they were on their way home. The dogs were in the garage while the house was cleaned. The refrigerator worked just fine, we've had multiple guests since this one and none of them have once complained. We even had a serviceman come and check it out, nothing was wrong. This guest was dirty and had no respect for the brand new sheets, comforter, towels and kitchenware that was purchased one week prior to their check in. Their makeup was all over the white towels (used for taking off their makeup instead of washing their face with makeup remover..how odd) ruined towels, sheets, comforter all with makeup that would not come out after being laundered several times. They also ruined several brand new pans with scratching the surface with forks rather than the brand new spatula, but I said nothing about that. To me that is also odd..They proceeded to ask for the ruined comforters and sent people to the property who apparently live down the street, and threatened to search in the trash cans for the ruined sheets and comforter. We have never had to deal with someone so unhinged. We also have never had any complaints and cater to all guests within reason. Would never rent to again, nor would I recommend any owner to rent to this person.
