My family try to gather together almost yearly, using VRBO rental homes. We have done this for many years. This home met our needs, perfectly; it absolutely is one of the best we have used. It is clean and organized, roomy. Supplies are plentiful. It is convenient, close to town. The rooms, kitchen, pool, spa, cabana; everything was perfect. Cassie is wonderful; very helpful and available. I know I am missing things; we just know we would love to return. Thank-you, Cassie, for all of your help to make our family visit perfect.

Cassie's place in Stephenville is beautiful. We had a wonderful stay at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The furnishings were inviting, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed during our stay.The location was perfect, providing easy access to local attractions while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Communication with the host was excellent from booking through check-out. They were responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed.We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the thoughtful touches throughout the property that made us feel welcome. Our family had a wonderful weekend spending time together as a family while getting our daughter situated in her dorm. Best place to host a party ever!

We held a two day 50th birthday celebration at this phenomenal property and a wonderful time was had by all! It is very large and very clean with comfortable beds and an absolutely incredible outdoor space! The property owners have thought of everything as we have stayed at multiple properties in multiple states and this was hands down the best at providing absolutely everything you need. They even left us a little gift. Just bring your food, drinks, clothes and swimsuits and prepare to thoroughly enjoy yourself. All of our friends and family fell in love with this place and we will highly recommend and also be back!

Cassie was amazing and the home was exactly what we needed for our family and friends that traveled to Texas for a wedding. The home was perfect, we had space for each of us, peace and quiet and large entertaining space when we needed it. Cassie is the best host we have ever had, she was available when we needed her and had everything we needed there for the baby, for us to cook family meals and for us to just relax between wedding activities. We highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Stephenville, TX. It is the home away from home you didn’t know you needed with room for everyone in the family. Thank you Cassie and Curt for trusting us with your home, we made amazing memories and our favorite was living the country life feeding the horses and cows, it was the best experience for everyone especially the guys. We will definitely book again if we are back in town.

Perfect Graduation Getaway!

WOW, this house has it ALL! Perfect country setting. An amazing host! Everything about this property was better than I expected. The outdoor party room was a big hit! The pool was beautiful. Home in the country, 2 minutes from town!

This is an amazing place for a gathering with sleeping accommodations for 9. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, bakeware, utensils. There is plenty for guests to do, swimming, cornhole, basketball, outdoor fire pit, screened in pool side bar! Everything was clean and inviting. The property is stunning, surrounded by trees and country views. Host was very sweet and responsive! We absolutely enjoyed our stay

Spacious, welcoming home

Cassie’s place was a fantastic place for our family to stay when attending a wedding in Stephenson. The 5 bedrooms worked well for us and the roomy and well equipped kitchen was so nice for gathering with extended family and friends after the wedding. The roomy and very well equipped kitchen was very convenient and the large beautiful home had a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere with great indoor spaces to gather and great outdoor spaces as well! We enjoyed the coffee corners upstairs and downstairs and the fireplace room with comfortable furniture, tv and games. The large pool was closed for the season but we enjoyed the hot tub and a large gathering around the fire pit one evening. Cassie was very responsive and helpful and we had everything we needed and more. What a wonderful experience- we highly recommend this Stephenville property!

Beautiful cabin home on 12 acres. Plenty of parking. Far enough away from town for the privacy and yet close enough to pop into town for extras. Private bedrooms, spacious home and plenty of parking, The outdoor entertainment areas are open and inviting allowing your family room to move and relax at the pool or in the cabana. Cook out for everyone in the cabana while you watch the swimmers in the pool. There is plenty of space for the whole crew inside and out.
