This historical stone house which was completely updated for vacation rental in 2015. Lots of amenities on-site including winery and walkable farm paths.
Adjacent to the winery and vineyards located on Sunshine Farm, the home is 3.5 miles west of downtown Chelan and within 1 mile of 4 other wineries.
Created with stone removed when the tunnel to Chelan was built in the 1930s, the bright, comfortable home has outstanding views of lake and mountains.

The main level provides a cozy space for 1 to 2 couples or utilize the large upstairs dormer room to sleep an overall total of 8 people in beds. The lower level is currently not available for rental and may be occasionally occupied by our quiet family guests or have its kitchen/restroom being used for winery events. While there are only a few stairs into the main level via the back porch, the property is wheelchair inaccessible.
Newer furnishings and updating throughout home, include two stunning new tiled bathrooms on main level, 2 queen-size beds on main level and 4 twin beds upstairs. Huge 50" flat-screen TV in living area surrounded by large, comfortable sofas.
Spacious outside deck with gas grill and picnic table has views of Lake Chelan and vineyards with access lawns and side parking area.

Bear Mountain Ranch (1/2 mile to west), Lake Chelan Golf (5 miles, otherside of downtown), Desert Canyon Golf (15 miles to southeast) in Orondo, Gamble Sands (30 miles north) in Brewster. Plus, putt-putt courses in downtown Chelan and at Desert Canyon Golf in Orondo.
CLOSE TO ATTRACTIONS
You will be walking distance to five wineries, a gourmet restaurant, convenience store and the Sunshine Farm Market. Just over three miles from historical downtown Chelan and the Riverwalk Park. Only two miles from Lakeside where you'll find boat and jet ski rental, waterslides and Lady of the Lake ferry to Stehekin (a community at head of 55-mile long lake accessible only by hiking, boat or air.) About twelve miles around on the north shore of the lake you'll find Manson and the 12 Tribes Casino.
