Freshly remodeled Retreat close to hiking, boating, and shopping

Welcome to Cherokee Lake Retreat!

Our retreat is a completely remodeled single family home. This home-away-from-home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is also a spacious game room.

The master bedroom sleeps 2 and has a bathroom. In the second bedroom there is a bunk bed with a trundle. These bunk beds boast 2 full size beds and a twin trundle. The last bedroom has a bed that sleeps 2. The game room has a large game table that contains an air hockey table, a ping pong table, and can double as a long galley table that can seat 8 adults. The game room has a futon for sitting or sleeping and is large enough for extra air mattresses. It is perfect to store your boating, hunting, fishing, or other gear.

The house has a large front porch with a ramp connecting to the driveway. There is an extra large back porch spanning the entire length of the house. It is perfect for cookouts or morning coffee! There are a few large wooden storage boxes big enough for life jackets, floats, tackle boxes, etc.

Do you have a boat? There is plenty of parking for trailers!

The owners will leave you on your own but do live within walking distance, if needed.

We are located 8 minutes from Walmart and the Morristown Mall.

We had such a very good time during our stay. The place is beautiful. Everything was clean and in good working order. There were lots of games for people to play with, such as an extra large checker set, foosball, Pac-Man machine, Domino's, and so much more. My grandchildren visited us one evening while we were there and they had a ball. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. They were very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this as a vacation spot and plan to use it again in the future.

The hosts were very helpful and the process to check in and check out were simple. The property itself was very clean and organized. Their game room, fire pit, and living room were great and we had a lot of fun over the few nights we spent there. The surrounding area is very peaceful and was great to explore. I would highly recommend this house especially if you are looking for a fun getaway with friends.

Perfectly located with plenty of room for our group of 9, 4 adults and 5 kids ranging from 3 months to 12 years old. Driveway provided ample room for our boat trailer and vehicles. Highly recommended and would stay here again!

Great Stay

We had a fantastic stay at this roomy house nestled in a beautiful mountain valley. The nearby lakes are perfect for fishing and water sports, and the rec room kept everyone entertained when we stayed in. Plenty of space to relax, stunning surroundings, and a host who went above and beyond—highly recommend!

Fishing combined with graduation

Very conveniently located just a couple miles from Cherokee lake. Amenities were nice to have, especially air hockey and video machine with Ms. Pac Man. The front and back porches were awesome to hangout on with the family and the house was perfect for for adults and two kids to stay, plus other guests to visit and hangout with us there. Just really nice all the way around!

Center Hub for Christmas Family Visit

The home was perfectly located of 25 with easy access to I81, Morristown and visiting family in Greeneville and Sneedville. Plenty of beds for 6 to 8 people. Nice big yard and plenty of parking.Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area and particularly looking for good access to the lake.

Perfect house

The picture of this house do not do it justice. The house is beautiful and very spacious. We had a small reception and there was plenty of room for everyone and the parking lot has so much room!! Would highly recommend!

Clean - cozy - really nice home

Owners were great to work with ---as our company was working on a job in the area wanted to stay in a home instead of a hotel. House was really clean and cozy - everything was there that was needed. Will definitely stay again when working in that area.

We were in town for a fishing tournament. We had 2 boats with us and there was plenty of parking and easy to get boats in and out of the driveway, house was all it says in the description. Clean, newly renovated and has some of the most comfortable beds and furniture I have ever had in a rental property

Home away from Home

This place was absolutely perfect for our family reunion, and will be our home away from home whenever we come to visit our family. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and then some. It was convenient for our occasion. We met the owner and she’s a joy! We will definitely stay here again! We were a party of 9 and it was perfect! My teens loved the games! The front yard is big enough for a gathering and that’s exactly what we did after the reunion. Great place 10/10!

Stayed for a fishing event on Cherokee. Was great location with plenty of parking. Place was clean. Master shower might be an issue for a big person. Water hose might be needed by a live bait group.

We are David & Georgia Miller. We have owned and operated our family business until recently when our son took over. Now we are enjoying our retirement with our grandchildren and family. Come stay in our Retreat for a relaxing and care-free stay.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Get the country and secluded feel without being in the country or secluded. We are located 10 minutes from the Mall, Walmart, and Historic Downtown. Cherokee Lake is one of the top fishing and recreation lakes in Tennessee and our home is located 0.6 miles from our son's marina, Lakeside Marina, The marina hosts live music and karaoke on the weekends and also have several pontoon boats for rent. There are a couple of easy trails just down the road at TVA Noeton Resource Management Area (1503 US-25 E, Bean Station, TN 37708)

We are located about an hour away from Dollywood, Tanger Outlets, Smokies Stadium, Downtown Knoxville, Historic Jonesborough, Johnson City, Historic Rogersville, and Kingsport.
