Beautiful upgraded, two story, 1532sq foot, single family home in the heart of Pinetop AZ. Comfortably sleeps 7. Plush accommodations, beautiful décor, free Wi-Fi, gas fireplace, full kitchen, laundry room, central heat and AC, cozy front patio with swing and gas grill. Upstairs-Master suite with king sleep number bed, seating balcony, bidet, TV. Loft-2 comfortable twin beds, futon and TV. Downstairs private, queen bedroom and full bath. Neighborhood boarders Woodland lake, half mile hiking trail lead to Woodland Lake and park. Home is located centrally, in the heart of Pinetop, next to a general store and 2 min walk to Pinetop's famous Darbi's Restaurant. Sunrise ski resort is a 40 mile drive Northeast. Walk or ride bikes through the wooded neighborhood. City park, picnic, lake, fishing, recreation area, hiking, mountain bike, horseback riding trails, pickleball and frisbee golf within walking distance. Grocery, Ace Hardware, family fun park and AMAZING Pinetop restaurants nearby.

Awesome Home and Host!

We really enjoyed our stay at 254 E. Pinecrest Lane. The rental was just right for our weekend stay. We had everything we needed to make our stay feel just like home. It was clean, spacious and we loved the new feel to it. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The host was amazing and we would highly recommend this rental to others!

Perfect Winter Getaway

Christie was an amazing host that helped me with local driving / road conditions and tips on hitting the mountain ski slopes during inclement weather conditions, which set my mind at ease traveling with kids on my own! The kids and I loved the cute house that ended up being perfect for our family, as the kids could play in the snow in the private yard and have their freedom outdoors! They also took several trips to the Dollar Store next door. The home is well appointed, cozy and has several unique amenities we enjoyed. The location is perfect right in the heart of Pinetop and you can easily get to Sunrise within 40 minutes. Thanks for a great stay!

This property was centrally located to get to Woodland Park and Safeway and of course the Dollar Store which was right next door. You could hear the heavy traffic on the main highway but the house has excellent windows so the house was quiet if you had the windows closed. I loved sitting outside on the chairs and the street noise became like white noise especially when the wind was coming through the pine trees. It was fairly well stocked but could use sharper knives (small inconvenience) so I bought them a knife sharpener. The stairs were too slippery for our dog so we had to carry him up to bed every night and down in the morning- big inconvenience. All in all it was a wonderful vacation rental.

Restorative adventure

The neighborhood was amazing. I watched the birds from the porch, enjoyed the cool breeze from the swing. Kitchen was well stocked with spices and everything I needed to enjoy some nights hanging out in the kitchen. Wi-Fi worked without any glitches including need for video conferences. so if you are working remotely this place is perfect. Beds were comfy, house was truly homey and comforting. Plenty of space for a family to sprawl out and play games upstairs or down. But cozy enough for a solo or couples getaway. Hiking, great restaurants and a dog friendly community are waiting for you.
