Amazing place! Will definitely stay again! Close to everything you need! Loved the hot tub and fire pit!We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The best we have ever had in a VRBO! The attention to details that they have learned from there stays has made this a top place! This may sound crazy but…… all of the switches in the house are marked! No trying to figure out what did what!!

Well decorated cozy house in a low rent neighborhood that’s right next to a busy highway. This is the downside for most rentals in that you don’t know the address untilyou pay. Overall a comfortable home that has everything you need.

Points forts : Propreté, arrivée, communication et emplacement.
The house itself was nice, cute, and had a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the location wasn’t ideal and the property could use some maintenance and attention to detail. We noticed tack strips poking through at least a couple of bedroom doorways, which was a safety concern, and during our stay we also experienced a water leak coming into one of the bedrooms from water heater.Overall, we enjoyed parts of our stay, but for the condition, location, and issues we experienced, we felt the house was overpriced for what it offered. With some repairs and updates, it could be a much better value and a really nice place to stay.

Hi David, I apologize our house wasn't in top condition for you during your stay. We have since addressed and fixed these issues and appreciate you giving us the heads up on them after a busy summer season. And sorry for the location was not ideal for you as we are being behind the Pinetop Brewery and in the center of town is not for everyone. Thanks again for choosing us for your Pinetop stay and these issues have since been resolved if you choose to stay with us in the future.

A Must Stay

This house is a gem. Beautiful and comfortable. Has everything you need. Our teens loved the rooms and decor. The hot tub was big and awesome. Perfect for the 40 degree weather. Pinetop Brewing was a quick walk around the corner. If you’re traveling with your pup, they’ve thought of everything for them as well. You will not be disappointed booking this get away. Lauren and Tyler were fantastic to communicate with and quick to respond. Thank you for lending us your home. We look forward to another stay.

Beautiful Home

We recently stayed at this VRBO, and while the interior of the home was absolutely stunning, the surrounding area left much to be desired.Inside, the property exceeded our expectations—it was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. The fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, which was a huge plus. The attention to detail in the home’s decor and amenities made our stay incredibly comfortable. However, the property is located in a very rundown trailer park, which was a bit of a shock upon arrival. The neighborhood felt neglected, and it didn’t match the quality or vibe of the rental itself. If you’re someone who plans to spend most of your time indoors or exploring nearby attractions, this might not be a dealbreaker. But if the surrounding environment is important to you, it’s something to consider.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Lauren and Tyler’s home. The location was perfect, the home was stocked with absolutely everything we needed and communication with the hosts was seamless. We brought our two young children and the home had everything we needed for them to have an enjoyable stay. We also brought our two dogs and they enjoyed the fully fenced in front and back yards. My husband was easily able to continue his work virtually with the work setup that was in one of the bedrooms. The monitors, docking station, keyboard and mouse allowed him to be up and running very easily. The home is close to everything great that Pinetop has to offer! Lauren and Tyler truly thought of everything when putting their home together for others. We will definitely stay here again during our next visit to Pinetop.

À propos de l’hôte

Hôte : Lauren Webb

Image de profil de l’hôte
Chandler Arizona has been home for the last 10 years and where we started our family - which includes Boy/Girl TWINS and 2 Dogs! We moved to the Phoenix Area from Georgia shortly after my husband, Tyler, and I were married and have found a passion for traveling and enjoying new experiences. While we love Phoenix, It's fun exploring other places and we want to host great experiences for Guests.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

The Bear Bungalow is our first vacation rental and the Pinetop-Lakeside Area is a great elevated retreat to escape the Phoenix heat in the summer, ski and to see snow in the winter or watch the seasons change. The smaller laid back vibe of the area is unpretentious and welcoming to guests and there's two major roadways that can get you there and back from the Phoenix Metro area. The town is close to parks, tons of outdoor recreation, a variety of restaurants, a casino, ski resort and other neat places to explore.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The Bear Bungalow was transformed over 1 year with guest enjoyment top of mind. It offers the benefit of being very centrally located which saves time and hassle when getting to your next adventure or checking out what the local community has to offer. A lot of thought went into the design and furnishings with many of the touches being crafted specifically for The Bear Bungalow. We're walking distance to a local brewery, grocery store and just minutes by car to an assortment of yummy restaurants and shops. The folksy neighborhood has local vibes and is easy to get in and out of.
