Baseball Tournament

We stayed for my sons baseball tournament. The location was close to the fields and had easy beach access. The property was perfect!!! It was well stocked, clean and modern. We did not want for anything. Check in/out was easy and the overall property was perfect for my family.

Best Condo

This condo is amazing! Hands down the best we have ever been to. Our room was clean, organized and had everything you could possibly need for a family beach vacation. The location is away from the busy part of PCB but not to far from some amazing small restaurants. Shirley replied to us very quickly. We hope to stay here for our family vacation.

Great location, fully stocked

We had such a great time. There was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen is fully stocked and there was even a ton of games and entertainment for the kids. I was nervous about being on the 11th floor but there wasn’t very much traffic going up and down! We never had to wait long for the elevator. The property is located on the quiet side of Thomas Drive so leaving for dinner was never a hassle. Shirley is easy to get in touch with for last minute questions. I would definitely recommend!

Felt like Home!

The unit felt just like home. We were so comfortable. It was very CLEAN and we loved the decorations! The extra touches like the blankets on the bed were perfect. Beach towels on the table were a nice touch as well. We will be back for sure!

Family vacation 2022

don't wait, DO IT NOW - you won't regret it! We stayed in this condo in June of 2022. You will truly appreciate the care and thought that has gone into each and every detail. This condo has been recently updated and it shows. The furniture is nice, new and comfortable, the linens are fresh and higher quality, and the decor is stunning. This unit is also the most fully-stocked rental we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. Everything you need to enjoy your time on the beach is provided - beach chairs, cart, umbrella, toys, etc. You want to stay in - not a problem. The kitchen is also fully-stocked with everything you need. They have taken the time to provide items that you will need on your trip - dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, seasonings, condiments, etc. It is all there - and more... Location. Location. Location. This beachfront condo is on the quiet end of Panama City Beach. It's close to all the restaurants and things to do, but not in the thick of traffic and definitely not wall-to-wall people on the beach. And, let's talk about how great the view is from the balcony! There is nothing between you and the sand and waves. You are ON THE BEACH. The balcony is the perfect spot to relax and unwind, read a good book or take a nice long nap. The sunsets from the balcony are just breathtaking! Shirley was so easy to work with. Communication was easy and quick. We highly recommend this condo for your vacation! FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!

My husband and I purchased this condo at the end of March 2022 for personal use and to serve as our second vacation rental property in Panama City Beach. We are relatively new to this process and are still navigating the ins and outs and will continue to enhance and improve the process as we go.

We have tried to fully stock this condo and to provide everything you would need to be comfortable while on vacation.

We selected this property because of the gorgeous waterfront location that is truly "on" the beach. We love that this is on the quieter side of Panama City Beach, yet still close to everything.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We love the fact that this complex offers multiple pools, tennis courts, beach volleyball, swing set, gym and snack bar all within the gates. You truly don't have to leave the property.
