VOUS ALLEZ AIMER CE MAISON DE VILLE!

L'emplacement ne pourrait pas ĂȘtre mieux - 20 secondes Ă  pied de l'ascenseur du Canyons Cabriolet (People Mover). Oui, tu l'as bien lu. Vous sortez par la porte de la maison de ville et de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la rue - en moins d'une minute, vous emprunterez l'ascenseur The Canyons Cabriolet (transporteur de personnes), qui vous emmĂšnera au cƓur du village des Canyons oĂč vous pourrez vous promener et faire du shopping, dĂźner, monter en gondole sur la montagne et Ă©ventuellement assister Ă  un concert en plein air. Vous pouvez Ă©galement prendre la navette gratuite de la ville juste en face de la rue.

Méfiez-vous des propriétés Hidden Creek qui ne sont PAS sur Aspen Drive. Ceux sur Cedar Lane, Summit Drive ou Willow Glen sont à une longue marche du Cabriolet - descente (ce qui signifie en montée à la fin de la journée!) Avec ceux-ci, vous vous retrouverez probablement en voiture vers le parking des skieurs de jour. Les condos Red Pine sont également une longue descente / montée. Regardez attentivement la carte ou envoyez-moi un e-mail et je vous enverrai une photo aérienne qui montre de quoi je parle. Vous ne trouverez pas de condo ou de maison en rangée plus proche du Cabriolet que le sien!

Notre maison de ville a été récemment entiÚrement rénovée avec des comptoirs en granit, des planchers de bois franc et d'ardoise, une nouvelle cuisine avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, de nouvelles salles de bains et meubles et bien plus encore! Meubles surdimensionnés et confortables; Buffet à déjeuner; Rack de démarrage et banc de retrait de coffre à l'entrée; Le salon au rez-de-chaussée avec foyer au gaz est idéal pour les adultes, tandis que le grand salon / salle familiale à l'étage est parfait pour les enfants. De plus, nous avons récemment ajouté une machine elliptique de luxe dans la taniÚre.

4 CHAMBRES sont grandes et dĂ©corĂ©es avec goĂ»t, avec de nombreux tiroirs, Ă©tagĂšres et cintres. Les lits sont comme suit: MBRM (king), Guest BDRM downstairs (Queen), 3rd BDRM upstairs (Queen), 4th BDRM upstairs (accessible via 3rd BDRM; lits superposĂ©s et lit gigogne (4 lits jumeaux)). Il y a des tĂ©lĂ©viseurs dans le salon, la salle familiale, le Master BDRM, la chambre d'amis et le 3e BDRM. Il y a aussi 2 DVR au cas oĂč vous voudriez enregistrer une Ă©mission. Si vous ĂȘtes tous adultes, le condo peut accueillir trĂšs confortablement 8 ou 9 personnes. Il y a aussi un lit gonflable - s'il vous plaĂźt, personne ne dort sur le canapĂ©!

UN PEU SUR LES CANYONS: Les Canyons sont maintenant connectĂ©s et font partie de la station de ski de Park City, maintenant la plus grande station de ski des États-Unis. Vous devez le visiter maintenant, avant que le reste du monde ne le dĂ©couvre! De plus, le cĂŽtĂ© des Canyons de Park City Ski Mtn a certainement les lignes de remontĂ©es mĂ©caniques les plus courtes de toutes les montagnes de ski Ă  proximitĂ©. Je vous promets que vous adorerez le vaste terrain et la poudre sĂšche de renommĂ©e mondiale de l'Utah. Skiez de notre maison de ville jusqu'Ă  Main Street maintenant que Park City et The Canyons sont connectĂ©s. Vous pouvez Ă©galement marcher d'un pĂątĂ© de maisons jusqu'au Waldorf Astoria Hotel et au Golden Door Spa, de renommĂ©e mondiale, et obtenir un laissez-passer d'une journĂ©e pour utiliser leurs installations.

Mais ce n'est pas seulement un ski-condo. Si vous lisez ceci en ce moment, vous savez probablement Ă  quel point Park City est magnifique en Ă©tĂ©. Je peux vous garantir que vous aimerez encore plus ce condo en dehors des saisons d'hiver. Les enfants adorent jouer dehors et il y a un petit ruisseau au bout du cul-de-sac qu'ils peuvent explorer. Vous verrez probablement mĂȘme de la faune, notamment des oiseaux, des ratons laveurs et des cerfs. Je suppose que vous serez bientĂŽt un invitĂ© de retour, comme les nombreux autres qui reviennent sĂ©journer dans la maison de ville Ă  chaque visite. J'espĂšre que vous et votre famille venez profiter de ce que notre maison de ville a Ă  offrir, notamment un bain Ă  remous privĂ©, des jeux et des jouets.

Great condo! Super easy to get on Cabriolet lift and get up to Canyons Village. Condo had all the necessary things and two families stayed quite comfortably. Beds were not the best for us but everyone is different in what they find comfortable when it comes to beds! Hot tub was so nice to have! We would definitely rent again

The place did not disappoint—exactly as described in the listing. The location couldn’t be better: within a minute of walking out the front door, we were on the gondola to Canyons base. The condo was very clean, well maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was clean and fantastic. Sonja was a wonderful host—very responsive and helpful with everything we needed. We had a great stay with our two families and would absolutely book this place again on our next trip to Park City. Don’t pass this one up.

The location of the townhome is the first thing we all enjoyed, the 2 separate living areas were great for the adults and children to enjoy was the second thing that made a positive impact on your townhome, and finally the hot tub, grill, and outside play area were great right outside the sliding door between the dining room and kitchen was the last thing we loved about your lovely townhome!

Just the perfect house and location for our family. Steps from the lift and free Park City transit system. The house was very clean, with all the essential necessities to include a stocked kitchen, washer and dryer and private hot tub! Wonderful host!!

Location Location Location

The location was great as described! Very well equiped especially the kitchen. Hot tub on the back porch. Lots of tv's all smart tv's with Xfinity. Only minor complaint is that the heat in the unit was either too hot upstairs or too cold downstairs. There should probably be 2 thermostats but we would 100% stay there again. It was manageable.

Great condo, excellent location

My group was fortunate enough to stay at this condo located at the bottom of the Canyons ski resort. The house was plenty big for our group of 8. The furniture, appliances, and bedding was all good to great, with the best being the hot tub right out back. But the best part of the condo was the proximity to the Cabriolet gondola. It was literally 30 seconds to walk and get on the gondola, which takes you to the base of Canyons. While there are many condos technically closer in distance (as the bide flies) to the base, this location is one of the quickest and easiest to get to the base. I would highly recommend this unit!

Exactly as described! Great stay!

We just got back from a week of skiing in Park City, The Canyons. This condo was perfect for our family. We vacationed here with another family and it was the perfect size for us. In total, there were 9 of us, 5 kids (ages 9 months to 9 years) and 4 adults. The second family room upstairs was ideal for us. We were able to have a place for the kids to watch their movies and hang out while we stayed downstairs. You really can't ask for a better location to The Canyons resort. We literally were right across the street from the resort cabriolet that took us right to the base of the ski trails. I do not ski (nor does my friend) and it was very convenient to take the kids up the lift and drop them off and pick them up from ski school. It was also nice for the men and kids (on non school days) to come back to eat lunch and then go back out to ski. One day the men went to ski at Snowbird and the drive wasn't too far away. The condo was close to shops and grocery. The condo appeared exactly as the pictures and description. If there was a need, the condo owner was quick to respond. He was was easy and friendly to work with. If we decide to return to Park City, we will definitely be calling him back!!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The Canyons

This was a very spacious town house. We really enjoyed our stay. The only complaint was that either the air conditioning doesn't work or their isn't air conditioning. I turned down the temperature on the thermostat, but it did not cool off the place.

Fabulous spot in Park City

This place was ideal for a family vacation to Park City! We were able to mountain bike Canyons right from our house, and everything we needed or wanted to do was within a 10 minute drive. The house was very well decorated and stocked with everything we needed. My kids loved having the private hot tub off the back patio. We also visited the pool a few times while we were there. There are no pictures of it on the listing, but it's a really nice pool and spa and about 10 min walk from the house. Overall, an amazing place to stay and I would recommend it in summer and winter!

Large family ski trip

The only negative is saying this place sleeps 12 is a stretch! Including an air mattress where there is no space is not reasonable. After saying that everything else was absolutely wonderful! Having humidifier available was exceptional. The kitchen is user friendly. Our family has a wonderful time! Thank you!

The Perfect Spot

Great for our crew of 8. No one was crowded and we had everything we needed, even fans! I usually travel with a fan but just didn’t have room in my luggage this trip due to ski clothes being so bulky. The location was fabulous for skiing. Just steps to the Cabriolet (people mover) that takes you to base of the resort where you can hit the trails !! The public bus system stop is just as close but you need a map before jumping on because there are so many routes inbound and outbound but once you understand that’s the easiest way to travel anytime day or night. If I had one suggestion it would be the master bedroom mattress needs replaced. I felt like I was constantly having to “climb” back to center to keep from rolling out BUT I still managed to get my sleep 😁

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We've loved The Canyons Ski Resort for 20 years... from when it was a small local mountain called Park West, to when it became Wolf Mountain and then The Canyons. Well, it's come a long way. The Canyons is now Utah's largest ski mountain and, in my opinion, its best. The chairlifts, restaurants and other facilities are all new. The staff have a great attitude and most importantly, the lift lines are MUCH SHORTER than at Park City or Deer Valley. But even once you narrow it down to stay near The Canyons, location within this area is very important. Our townhome, Unit 31B is the second closest unit to The Cabriolet out of the 80 or so other Hidden Creek Units. This makes a huge difference. From 31B, you walk across the street and step onto the lift. If you're staying up the hill at any of the Hidden Creek condos (as opposed to townhomes, which have a garage), you're walking about 1/2 mile or more to The Cabriolet. Same thing, and even worse, if you're staying at Red Pine. Take a look at an aerial and see how far the unit is from The Cabriolet. That's the ONLY thing that matters when you're walking in ski boots and carrying skis!

We love the convenience of this location. You can drive about 4 miles and be on Main Street, or you can go 2 miles in the opposite direction to shop or eat at Redstone Plaza, the Factory Outlet Mall or visit Utah Olympic Winter Park, where there's always cool things to watch or do. The town home is located extremely close to a shuttle stop for the free town shuttle. Also, we love being on a ground floor unit. Any time of year, it's nice to be able to open the sliding glass door and step out onto our own patio with a private hot tub, views of the slopes and serenity and privacy of the forest just outside the door. Kids love playing playing outside, building snowmen, sledding or exploring, and it's easy for Mom to keep an eye on them from the kitchen.
