Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great house for a family

We loved that it was only 2-3 minutes from the beach, the large open layout, equipped with everything we needed for a long weekend. We'll definitely be booking this again.

Bedrooms set up nicely. Kitchen set up well, could have more cooking pots. Jacuzzi in master bath needs cleaning more often. Seating very comfortable.

Your Gonna Love it!

I loved not having to keep up with a key!! Door code is great! Two rooms w/king size beds is awesome!! Any other unit I have stayed in didn’t offer that. It’s handy when you have 2 adult couples. Even the 22 yo liked the bunk beds! Already booked for 2025! Great location for the Maryland State Firefighters Convention, right across the street from the Center. See ya next year!! Sandi

Convenient location. Needs some TLC

The Decor of the home was really so lovely and classy. The home was so close to the beach and we had no trouble finding a third parking spot. Our biggest challenge was the house itself. The fireplace and jacuzzi tub grates were not fixed in place and proved to be a risk for our small children. The toilet clogged frequently and even overflowed. It took multiple desperate attempts to get it fixed and we were without a toilet for 24 hours. The house wasn’t ready at check in and it was sandy and a diaper was left. We contacted Vacasa prior to coming to see if there was standard coffee maker and grill and we packed accordingly. There was a keurig machine and no grill. We did have to shop again for coffee.

Disappointed

The home itself was perfect for us and beautiful. However…we had a shower door that kept coming out of the track and the toilet in the master bath clogged 2 days before we left. That left one toilet for 8 people. I placed two calls and was told maintenance would be there to fix. Sadly ….nobody ever came . Very disappointed with the customer service. I feel that was alot of money to pay to be inconvenienced the way we were. I never even received a call back to say that maintenance couldn’t get there..just nobody ever showed. Very disappointed

Ocean City

This place was so close to the beach and roomy. I do feel it could have been much cleaner, but it was well stocked! The kitchen had everything you would need right down to cooking spices. Beds were comfortable. They had candles in every room along with games, books and magazines. Our biggest complaint was the fact that parking passes were not left for us. After 2 days of reaching out and being told they would be brought to us, we were told we had to go pick them up, which was not good customer service! There was no hair dryer, but when we picked up the parking tickets we were able to get one. ***Not the owners fault, but if you are planning a stay, make sure it is not during bike week. Riders have no respect for others! They would rev their bikes in garages which echoed for miles, along with revving them up and down the main drag all hours of the night and early morning.

That said, we apologize for any issues that detracted from your stay. Parking passes are not required after Labor Day and we apologize for any inconvenience. We appreciate you picking up the hair dryer from the office and want to note that we do check for amenities, but occasionally something is missing. Additionally, the local manager has informed housekeeping that the home was not cleaned up to our standards and we thank you for your feedback as we see it as an opportunity to improve. Nice place to stay but not everything is included

We thought that it was a prime location, and spacious inside. We had 8 girls to celebrate my sister’s bachelorette weekend. The house listed as having “basic supplies” and a hair dryer in the unit. The basic supplies included toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and travel size shampoo, conditioner, and a bar of soap. That was not the case. Nothing was provided. We reached out to Vacasa and they said they notified a manager and would be in touch. I had to reach out the next day and they said we would not be receiving any of the supplies. So we had to go out and buy everything. When I asked about the hair dryer (again, 8 girls) I was told someone would drop one off for us. That never happened. We would have brought these items down if we had known that they weren’t really provided. Overall we had a wonderful time and the location was great. We also enjoyed the pool.

Beautiful house

Upon entering the house there was some issues with the cleanliness. I texted the property management and the returned my housecleaning fee, which was very much appreciated. Otherwise, the house has plenty of sleeping areas for a large group. Adults and children enjoyed relaxing in the whirlpool tub. Whether traveling uptown or downtown it was a quick walk to the nearest bus stop and had plenty of off-street parking for guest over the 2 parking passes they give you. We stayed for the cruisin and though you could hear street traffic it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be for a condo that close to the street. The balcony is nice but would be better if there was a gate to let you out to the pool area. The porch was small for our group and it was so nice our we wished we would of had access to the tables outside of the pool. We would definitely stay again even though the place wasn't as clean as we would want it. We understand that it is hard to keep employees so sometimes companies are working with skeleton crews and just can't do everything.

Nice size family condo near the beach

Condo is the perfect size for a family spending the week in Ocean City. Kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook meals and feel at home. Bedrooms are spacious and Boardwalk is about a 15 minute drive. Area is nice and quiet, and close to the beach. Only negative is there is not a lot of activities or restaurants nearby.

Was very annoyed and offended by customer service

I was never told that a pool key or parking passes would not be available in property. I called and did receive a call back right away, however the rep had no idea where either was placed in property so we searched and still didn't find. I was then told to go to office to retrieve if no one showed up , I received approval to send my aunt but was told the lady at vacasa office was very rude and condescending as if I was supposed to know I needed to pick up items. Their were mirrors on the floor, broken drawers in front room, and non working outlets and lights in kitchen and sleeping areas. I am requesting some type of compensation for the time I lost and inconvenience I suffered while on vacation. I have document anxiety and this experience, although I tried to make the best of it was nervewrecking.

So spacious and very clean!

We loved how much space and privacy my family had there! We had lots of room to hang out as a family, and still enough space for privacy and alone time. It was so close to the beach, just a few steps away. Perfect view of the ocean and the swimming pool! We loved it and are hoping to return next year!
