We had a little bumpy start as I had two different entry codes, but we got in after several tries at the codes. The place was clean, except the cleaners left a pile of dirt in the living room, just outside of the kitchen door. A quick use of dust pan and broom, cleaned that up. The floors, though, were probably not wet mopped as the dirt pile was still there. Walking around barefoot, there were some mildly sticky places, but we just made sure we were wearing socks. Everything else seemed well supplied and clean. Everything worked well and enjoyed the large washer and dryer. We used the home mainly for sleep at nights, as we spent the greater part of the day and most meals at my sons home in Harvest. We chose the place because it was just a 5 minute drive to his home. I would stay there again.

The flooring in the kitchen was coming up. The washer had mildew in it. The outlets were not secured to the wall properly. I notified the host and was not given a resolution other than a small refund regarding the cleaning fee. We were interrupted by the owner of the house

Kitchen could use some skillets and pans - couple of the bathroom floors weren’t real clean - but ok. No information on TV for show availability - but we enjoyed our stay and would consider going back. Looked like maybe they were working on updating

we got to the residence the trees with overgrown the back door would not lock. I had to call the host to let her know the back door was not locking. She sent someone over to fix it he did come right away but it took almost 2 hours to fix it which put us to leaving to eat get dinner later than plan.The house was not clean. Bathroom floors was not clean. Kitchen floor not clean. All kind of the stains on the sofa. We did not feel comfortable being in the beds, food was still in the freezer. It was not a very good stay

Outstanding property for a girls trip! Four of us spent two nights and enjoyed the home so much. We all had a bedroom to ourselves and were able to share two and a half bathrooms which made it very comfortable. It’s a clean home in a safe neighborhood where we relaxed between shopping trips and meals out. One of the greatest things about the house is that it wasn’t filled with strong fragrances from plug in “air fresheners” and laundry detergents. Other property owners could learn from Courtni that those types of unpleasant chemicals can flare up allergies and sickness. This place was clean, comfy, & odor free. Thank you!

Lovely home

My brothers and sisters enjoyed our time in this lovely home. There was plenty of space and everything we needed was at the house. We enjoyed the back yard patio area. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the beds comfy I would highly recommend this home. The drive into Huntsville was about 20 minutes.

Weekend stay with friends an dfsmuly

The stay at the house in Huntsville was great. The neighborhood was nice, enough parking for 3 cars and a well stocked kitchen. We were in town for a concert and the house was 15-20 minutes away from Von Braun Probst center. We went to a very nice outdoor shopping center and ate a restaurant by the name of Conners, the steak was delicious! Overall a great experience

Great home in a quiet neighborhood

The house is fantastic for a short stay. It was clean and well-stocked. The host was easy to reach out to and our family had a great time together. The house is just minutes away from restaurants and grocery shopping. We loved every minute of it!

Great location and beautiful home

Group of nine stayed the weekend for a show at the Orion Amphitheatre. Great place and location. Outdoor area was nice and secluded. Neighborhood seemed very safe.

Quiet neighborhood, easy access to shopping, restaurants & the airport. Good layout...there were 8 of us and we had plenty of space. Enjoyed coffee on the back deck in the mornings.plenty of space.

Very comfortable for 6 adults

Three generations stayed at the house in July 2024, and the house met all of our expectations. My mother is 90 years old and uses a walker, and the house was perfect for her as there are absolutely no stairs throughout. She used the bedroom off the kitchen, and could get up at night to make tea with very few steps. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, making it easy to cook family meals. Kudos to the property manager, we had excellent communication.
