The Neighborhood:

Located in North Myrtle Beach, about 5 minutes walk to the beach. Close to Barefoot Landing boasts over 100 unique shops and boutiques. Myrtle Beach Mall and a gigantic Tanger Outlet center are also a short drive away. The highlights of North Myrtle Beach are all nearby, with popular spots like Alligator Adventure or the House of Blues just around the corner. Head slightly north and you'll find yourself in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, with the Main Street area offering a fun sense of nostalgia and great local eateries and shops.

Place was as advertised. Had an issue with a wasps nest and one of the dryers not working and they got someone out the very next day to fix it. Place was plenty spacious for everyone. Would definitely stay again.

Great trip

Property was exactly as advertised, with nice rooms, showers in almost every bedroom and very close to the beach. Game room upstairs was a great bonus, and the communication with the property owners was very fast.

Beautiful kites

Overall stay was peaceful. You can see the beautiful kites at night from the balcony. Didn't understand why there's a small tv on the upper level of the house in the bedroom. Would definitely rent again.

I didn’t get the door code until 5:30 when check in was at 4. Couldn’t reach property manager, then when she decided to send the code she says she sent it since 10 which wasn’t true because I didn’t receive nor did the support team that I called. Instead of customer satisfaction she rather go back and for with about it. My family was unhappy and so was I, The property is kinda nice but roaches was crawling around scaring my niece. The tub on the 3rd floor didn’t hold water nor did the jacuzzi work. The tv on the second floor didn’t work I don’t know if the battery was dead in the remote but at this point I didn’t bother reporting anything because she would probably say I lied. I won’t ever do business with this property again

Family getaway

The location was great overall clean well stocked as per description. Property manager very prompt with replies. Only a few issues wi-fi and hot tub not working; pool needed a good cleaning but i didn't mention these things. A few minor repairs that i did mention and the wasps that i already see were being treated. Overall this was a very good property and i would stay again and recommend.

Family Vacation

Great location, a lot of space. And there were 12 adults and children. Each bedroom has its own TV. The property was clean. The pool needed to be treated and cleaned more often. I would recommend others to vacation here.

Summer vacation 2023

The property was great plenty of room for 9 of us. It was very clean and theykept the pool tended to every day. Game room was very nice. Kitchen was a little small but after moving a few thing into the living room bar space it was fine would rebook again. Very closeto the beach.

Plenty of space for our group, could improve on kitchen supplies.

While we were very pleased to have enough bedrooms and bathrooms, there was not sufficient supplies. For example, there were only 4 - 6 water glasses, 2 trash bags and zero cleaning supplies. For a 7 bedroom unit, expecting up to 10 guests, have some basic cleaning supplies would have been very helpful.

Wonderful location, plenty of space

Our group was 12 people ages 12-85. We loved the location of the property, the spaciousness of the house and the more than ample space to spread out. We did not travel during summer, so we were not swimming, but if we were we would have enjoyed the small pool and proximity to the beach (Literally less than a block). We wished some small amenities had been provided, like soap, or shower gel, salt and pepper for cooking, and the kitchen was very sparsely stocked with kitchen utensils (lots and lots of plates, bowls and cups though). But the host did note that extra supplies might be needed. If you are not a large family who cooks, none of this will impact your stay. She was also very kind in regards to check out, where other hosts expect a lot of exit duties
this host did not. I would definitively recommend this property for a big family stay at any time of year.

Wow!! What an awesome experience!! We were able to check in promptly! The home was clean! It was HUGE!!! Lots of space to get together or separate! The game room was awesome! The kids were able to kick back and get away from the adults and hang out!! Couple couches and a pool table bathroom.. My mother has had multiple back surgeries and double hip replacement and was able to enjoy this home with a bed room on the first floor and a private bathroom it was perfect! Minimal steps and close enough to walk to the beach!! ( by close I mean across the street) It was Fantastic!!

Damages and bugs

We arrived and noticed holes in the ceilings, stairs broken, bugs, & the fridge not working as far as ice and water. Contacted property manager and was told someone would come out. They did and they said they would be back to fix everything. No one showed up. Pest control did show up, however more bugs (alive) showed up after he left as well.

Great location!

This is a great location on a dead-end section of Ocean Blvd, right at a public walkway. Undercover parking and large area to store buggies, floats, etc., along with a picnic table for each unit, and pools for every age. Bedrooms, baths, balconies, gathering spaces are all good, as is laundry room with two dryers and a second refrig. (Very nice touch for a large property that sleeps 20.) The only negative we remarked on is the tiny poorly-arranged kitchen that is probably 6x10. Only room for one person to operate at a time. Cabinet doors all open in the wrong direction for smooth prep, and no lighting in a dark corner. And it is right inside the front door; hardly any room between bar counter and door swing. There is plenty of room in LR/DR space to have done this better. We will definitely want to rent this one again, and make other plans for food prep and storage.
