This place is ideal for hosting family gatherings looking to enjoy a luxurious relaxing stay at the Lake.

**NO PARTIES!!**QUIET COMMUNITY**

Located inside a quaint gated community on Lake Oconee, our home welcomes you with amazing lake front views. With over 6100 square feet of luxurious accommodations, you'll be able to enjoy a relaxing time at the lake with a large group.

Please ask about renting our pontoon boat available for an extra fee upon arrival! There is additional 100/night to heat the pool April - September and 150/night October - March.

With stunning lake views from every room, and close proximity to all local attractions including- The Village at Lake Oconee shopping center, Ritz Carlton, Golfing and numerous restaurants - this truly is the place to be! Watch a movie in our theatre room or play a game of NBA basketball in our game room.

Our spacious living room features a sitting area with Roku TV - perfect after a long day of fun on the lake. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all possible amenities to make your stay enjoyable. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, double ovens, ice maker and a wine cooler.

This house features a 3 car garage, laundry room with new LG appliances, 500 mb speed WIFI, theatre room, outside gas grill and multiple fire places.

The backyard is complete with its own private dock, yard for various games and BBQ/outdoor fireplace to relax after an enjoyable day out on the lake!

We do have 3 security cameras on the property.
No additional guests allowed. Overnight guests only.

Awesome Experience

We hosted family from several different states for a wonderful reunion at this great lakeside property. The property was exactly as described on the listing and met or exceeded our expectations. Working with Kate, the property manager, was a delight as we worked through all of the logistics and questions without any issues. Definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a great time, with great accommodations on beautiful Lake Oconee.

Fabulous home. Home is laid out beautifully. Entire team was super comfortable and had plenty of space to spread out. Back porch made for a perfect location to have our design thinking session. House was super clean, we arrived following a storm so we had a little outdoor cleaning to do before the team arrived but at no fault to the host. We used all the amenities available which was so convenient. The only downside was that we could not gather by the outdoor fire pit beyond 8:30p-9pm. Very sensitive neighbors. Highly recommend!

Great getaway

Spent a long weekend with our 4 adult children and spouses. The property was great as with all the amenities. We did rent the pontoon, and after some initial challenges with getting it started, all went well. All in all a wonderful property and location.

We had an amazing time at the house this past week. The house is very spacious and we had plenty of room for our entire group. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit as was the movie room. The fire pit was great as was the fireplace in the screened in porch. The lake is right there and with no steps it was great for everyone from infants to grandparents. The yard is really nice and the kids loved it as did the adults for some games. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need. Kate was very responsive and helpful the entire time. We really enjoyed our trip and everyone kept commenting on how great the house was. We would highly recommend the house for anyone looking to have a good time on the lake.

Family vacation

This property was beautiful. The description was spot on and the whole set up was perfect for our families. The younger kids enjoyed the bunk room and play room and even put on a puppet show. The pool was wonderful for the hot days. We had one issue with the grill but Kate was quick to respond and had someone out to fix super quick. We did lose power one night which was out of anyone’s control and Kate was quick to keep us updated with all the info she had from the power company . Definitely a 10/10 vacation house and we hope to come back.

Wonderful lake house with best host ever

Our entire family of 13 folks enjoyed our best ever Lake Oconee vacation. From 3 year old thru 8 year old grandchildren and their parents, everyone was so pleased with the house and setting that we reserved it again next year! And, there were a few minor issues (typical) and the host was amazingly responsive. The house had several important and notable features: a great pool/hot tub, good lake swimming (not deep but a sandy bottom that was great for the grandkids), a theatre, expansive kitchen and two large refrigerators, very comfortable sleeping accommodations and the best siting of any house we have rented as it is very close to the water but high enough on the porch to get wonderful views. We highly recommend this house!!

Beautiful home

This home is beautiful and is located in a very lovely neighborhood. The view of Lake Oconee is very relaxing. We gathered with longtime friends. Two couples had moved away so we spent a great deal of time relaxing on the porch and catching up. There were four couples and we each had our own bathroom. We did a lot of cooking. The home is very well equipped.

Fabulous house with everything you need for a great vacation

This house is stunning and the attention to details, furnishing, cleanliness are all amazing. Great pool and lake access! The bedrooms are very spacious and the kitchen will have everything you could possibly need. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Perfect!

Anniversary Getaway

Family Gathering 2023

We thoroughly enjoyed the house. The weather was great for using the screened in fireplace. Loved playing checkers in front of the fire. The theatre room was perfect for our movie night. And the spacious kitchen had us all marveling at the set up. We had a wonderful retreat.

Awesome house on an awesome lake

We had 6 adults and 7 kids and the house, location on the lake, and the lake itself were amazing. It was shallow and sandy by the dock, plenty of safe space the kids to swim. Easy boat access to the dock and from there out to a central part of the lake. And plenty of space for water sports or swimming off the boat. House was very spacious with a movie theater and game room. Highly recommend for families and friends.

Very disappointed in the condition of the property. Numerous things did not work: Master shower, Gas Grill, Mold on Exterior Doors, Mold on cushions of boat, Outdoor ceiling fans, Movie Room TV, Fridge Ice Maker, Oven, 12 light switches, kitchen items were over 15 years old. This home has a great location but is dated, dirty and has too many problems to pay anything close to what is asked. There are so many other properties in the area that would be better, less expensive and not run down. Owner was responsive but expected me to notify her about each and every item when discovered. We did in the first hour and got a repair man who said the wiring is so bad that he could only make a temporary fix for our stay. The next time I contacted her, the response was, the light switches are difficult but just do my best. She apologized at the end of our stay for the many, many problems, but in this extreme case of my worst experience of a VRBO property (over 13 stays at different properties) I could not accept just a simple apology. I have contacted VRBO!!

Amazing!!

My wife, children and in-laws were the first guests to stay at Kates place and we cannot say how incredible our stay was! I’ve stayed in dozens of rentals on Lake Oconee and this place tops them all. First off the location of her property is inside this super quiet/ nice gated community with super easy access- upon entering the gates you are welcomed by horse pastors on both sides with beautiful horses and estates. It feels like you’re on a luxury estate/ ranch! Breath taking Her STUNNING property is located on a quiet corner with an incredible view of the lake. Inside the property is beautiful with all the amenities you can think of and so much room! This place is massive and our group of 12 everyone had their own bed and private bathroom. It’s perfect for large groups. There’s a theatre room we watched a movie together as a family that feels like a legit movie theatre! There’s a game area too that our kids were able to play while the adults cooked dinner/ hung out on the patios. I could go on and on about our stay but this truly is a remarkable property, inside a unique neighborhood on a beautiful part of the lake. We didn’t want to leave- this place truly felt like home! Thank you Kate for a wonderful stay we will definitely be back
