The basement has one full bathroom, a queen size day bed, plus entertainment options including a ping pong table, a basketball arcade, a full size replica of a PAC-MANIA arcade cabinet comes with 14 BANDAI NAMCO games: PAC-MAN™, PAC-MANIA, GALAGA™, DIG DUG™, GALAXIAN™, PAC-LAND™, SUPER PAC-MAN™, PAC-MAN™PLUS, GALAGA™'88 and MAPPY™.

Easy access: Keypad entry, three small steps at the front door, three bedrooms and one full bathroom on the first floor.

For safety, no more than two kids with a total weight of 150 pounds are allowed to be on the backyard swing at any time. Parent supervision is required and the guests will waive any liability for the host and the owner for any injury that may occur when playing on the swing.

Home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Removing the decibel monitor will result in a full security deposit loss.
