Welcome to Sunshine and Whiskey, where location and cabin charm are combined into one AMAZING family-friendly cabin! With TWO living spaces, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 8), a large game room/living room, and multiple outdoor decks, your family will have plenty of room to relax. Enjoy the bubbling outdoor hot tub, a round of pool, games on the arcade, the indoor jacuzzi or the community pool! PLUS the best part is that our cabin is only quick drive to Dollywood and minutes from all the best attractions!

IMPORTANT: This is pet friendly which means 2 dogs are allowed and must be non-aggressive and crated if left in home. No other animals are allowed, and breach of these rules will result in penalties of $250 per infraction.

Just got back from 7 nights in this cabin and was somewhat disappointed with this cabin. First off I was told by the owner that one bedroom was on the main floor with the kitchen which was not the case. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are in the lower level. We had issues with the lock which was taken care of the next day. There were many lights that did not work do to missing or burnt bulbs. Water was leaking from the fridge and through the floor into the bedroom below. We had to move the bed to stay dry as this was never investigated. We were locked out of the one bedroom for hours before we were able to get in ourselves as no maintenance ever came to unlock it. Only part of the jets work in the hot tub. This cabin needs some work before it is rented out again.

Beautiful Cabin

My husband, daughter and I stayed in this cabin for 7 nights. The cabin looks just as it is shown in the pictures. There were many pros. It is a really beautiful cabin in a great location. It is very clean. The beds were comfortable and had nice linens with plenty of pillows. The showers had great water pressure and nice hot water. The towels were good quality, but a bit on the small side. The kitchen is nice, and there were plenty of dishes/glassware etc for us. We really enjoyed the hot tub, it was very relaxing. It would have been nice to have beach towels for the hot tub. We had to use our bath towels. Our friend's unit across the street had towels for the hot tub. There were only a couple of cons. Checking in was troublesome and we had to call for help getting in with the door code. We were immediately helped with a live person who was very nice. She reset the code and had no trouble after that. Ten digits for the door code is a bit much and tough to remember. We couldn't get the tv's in the bedrooms to work and this was never resolved. I sent a message to the host about it, he replied with a fix, we did that and still didn't work. The tv's worked, but the remote controls did not. My follow up message got no response, but by then we were toward the end of our stay. It would have been nice to have tissues in the unit. Overall, would recommend the cabin and stay here again.

Cozy cabin, Excellent location

We recently stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday. I would give the location 10 stars if I could! The closeness to all the attractions and being in the front of the neighborhood make it an easy in and out. I do have a concern with the parking
the slab to the right of the cabin has no barrier or curb to prevent from over accelerating down a very steep hill. It would be ok if the slab was bigger, but we were barely able to fit a truck on there, without the bed being in the street. Otherwise, the cabin has everything you need. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs from the kitchen lounge area, which is where we hung out the most due to seating. This may be something to consider, as we had grandparents with us. The hot tub and pool/games were great amenities, although the pool table is in pretty rough shape. The beds were comfortable. The smaller room was big enough for a larger bed, but comfortable! Staying in January, the cabin heated up very fast, which was definitely a perk! We had one small issue with the porch light and it was resolved very quickly. The host and team were very responsive and nice. Overall, we had a great stay!

Great price, close to everything

This place was close to everything but gave you a little sense of privacy. The response from the owner was very prompt whenever we needed something and the property was in decent working order. There were a few lights that didn’t work and the dryer didn’t like to shut off, but overall the experience was good.

Pigeon Forge trip

We had a great time at this property. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. My grandson had a blast at the pool and hotel. Cabin was well equipped and clean. Owner was very responsive with any questions I had.

End of school getaway

Perfect little getaway for our family of four. Plenty of room for everyone. All the conveniences of home with full kitchen and washer/dryer. The kids loved the hot tub and the community pool being only two cabins down. Only downside is the pool was not cleaned at all and we had to skim the bugs & dirt out before entering. We loved the pizza place at the end of the road especially after a long drive. Best part truly was *location* all attractions and restaurants were under 5 miles. We will return again :)

This was a very nice cabin in a great location. The cabin was stocked with everything as described and was clean when we arrived. Communication was great with the host and there were no issues. Highly recommend:)

Great Location

My family and I loved the cabin! The location was excellent being right behind the parkway which made our our vacation very convenient and gave us more time to enjoy the attractions. The cabin was very spacious and clean. The check in and out process was very easy. We will be back.

Amazing Stay

19th Anniversary Trip

Very nice with unique floor plan. Began with tvs not working but property management fixed issue by the next morning. Cabin was clean but needed a good mopping especially the bathroom areas. Location was close to parkway which with unpredictable weather in February is a good idea. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful cabin

Beautiful cabin and very clean! Fully equipped with everything we needed. Pet friendly! Located near Dollywood and a very nice golf course. Parking was a bit tight but we would absolutely stay again. 5 stars

Weekend Getaway

The owners were quick to respond and easy to work with. The cabin is in a great location and was very clean. We enjoyed having a store and pizza place within walking distance. Our family would definitely stay here again.
