7: This is city centre and very lively place, there are cafes, grocery stores, pubs in the area, so there is potential that you can hear music. Some people love it, some not so much.
8: There is dedicated maid for this apartment that can help clean, do laundry, iron cloths and even run small errands if you are nice to them. You do have to book these services a day in advance. (the staff is trained but still human and can make mistakes, give them laundry and ironing etc at your own risk)
9: There is 24/7 security and arm guards at the entrance of the building, so absolutely no need to worry about security.
10: There is an ATM machine within the building, so getting cash is very convenient.
11: The building hosts literally one of the best Gym, Spa & Saloon in Accra, all of them are paid but very easily accessible.
12: There is a roof top Patio, if you want to invite friends and have few drinks together. Guests can access anytime but visitors need to be booked a day in advance.
