Profitez de la tranquillité de la vie en station balnéaire au Kulalani 903, une maison de ville luxueuse et récemment rénovée, située dans l'un des quartiers les plus calmes du Mauna Lani Resort. Entièrement réaménagée en 2022, cette maison mitoyenne élégante et moderne est idéale pour les familles ou les petits groupes qui souhaitent séjourner à proximité des plus belles plages, des parcours de golf et des restaurants de la côte de Kohala.

Située dans la célèbre communauté de Kulalani, la maison 903 est une maison mitoyenne à deux étages située dans le coin le plus calme du complexe Mauna Lani Resort. Surplombant un magnifique fairway du parcours nord de Mauna Lani, la maison dispose d'un barbecue extérieur et d'un coin repas, parfaits pour les dîners en plein air. De grandes baies vitrées coulissantes permettent de rétracter entièrement les parois du salon, offrant ainsi aux hôtes une expérience de détente à mi-chemin entre l'intérieur et l'extérieur. Le rez-de-chaussée de la maison comprend également une cuisine entièrement équipée, une buanderie et une chambre parentale dotée d’une grande salle de bains attenante et d’un lit king size.

L’étage dispose de deux chambres supplémentaires : l’une avec un lit queen size et un dressing, et l’autre avec un lit queen size et un lit simple, ce qui porte la capacité d’accueil de la maison à sept personnes. Une salle de bains commune avec baignoire-douche combinée est située entre les deux chambres à l’étage.

Tous les hôtes séjournant au Kulalani à Mauna Lani auront accès aux installations communes, qui comprennent une piscine de natation réservée aux adultes, une salle de sport privée ultramoderne, un bassin d’eau chaude réservé aux adultes ainsi que des douches. Il y a une deuxième piscine familiale, plus grande, avec une partie peu profonde pour les jeunes enfants, un bain à remous et un grand pavillon équipé de barbecues à gaz collectifs (à réserver auprès du responsable de la résidence pour les repas en plein air) ainsi qu’une vaste pelouse.

We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at this property, and would gladly give both the home and the host 5 stars. The property was exactly as pictured; beautiful, well-maintained, and in a very convenient location. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the host had thoughtfully prepared the home with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, welcoming, and stress-free.The house rules were clear, reasonable, and respectful, making it easy to enjoy the property while being mindful of the home. We especially appreciated having garage access for our vehicle, as well as access to the community amenities, which made our visit even more enjoyable.As frequent travelers and repeat visitors to the island, we've stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this is easily one of the best properties we've experienced. We truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book this home again. Highly recommended!

Great Stay

This property was as advertised and excellent. Family of 6 had a wonderful time. The check-in process was easy, the property is beautiful, and management worked with us to extend our stay when necessary as a result of the tsunami. I would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful, clean, and amazing property

Our family loved the property. It was super clean, which is really important to us. The floor plan is spacious and comfortable; the bedrooms and bathrooms are the perfect size; all appliances worked great; the beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, body boards, etc.) are in great condition. The fitness center, community pool, and hot tub are super clean and convenient. The neighborhood is beautiful! The customer service is very responsive and helpful if needed. Overall, a well-deserved 5-star experience.

The Best!

Our family of 5, 4 adults and an 8 year old had our best Hawaiian vacation in this unit! Very clean and well appointed with chairs, beach toys, umbrellas and every kitchen appliance you could possibly need. Outdoor area backs up to the golf course, so it seems you have a huge backyard. All sorts of birds visit all day. Indoor garage parking and great pool area. Nearby Foodland shopping for daily sushi or poke and any grocery needs.

Great house and location

Beautiful home on an even more beautiful setting. The house is spacious and well appointed with everything you will need. We had a great spring break alternating between Mauna Lani Beach Club and the pool with our small children. The house is a short 3 min walk to the pool and a 5ish min drive over to the private beach. The house comes with passes to both. The location is convenient to visit both the Fairmont and Mauna Lani hotels and there’s a great grocery store down the street. We will definitely return!

Kulalani Chill

Excellent updated property in the Kulalani subdivision of Mauna Lani with top notch management / amenities. Extra room for us for 3 week stay/entertainment. morning and side sun afternoons in February; enjoyed outside wrap around Lani for some activiy downtime. Community wrkout room and adult pool/jacuzzi a plus. Nicely equipped; nice towels /beachs stuff. Mgmt refilled empty gas in 24 hours; good job

Great get away

This was an interesting stay. Firstly, the condo is very nice and clean. Unfortunately, there was an unforeseen bathroom leak in the upstairs bathroom that came through the ceiling and onto the floor. It was after hours and South Kohala management team called me back within 5 minutes. They had a plumber in the condo within the hour. Unfortunately, nothing could be done during our stay. We lost the use of one bathroom. South Kohala management reimbursed us for the unfortunate event. Our remainder of stay was uneventful and good. I gave it a four star overall review. It wanted to give it 5 stars but there were things that i noticed. The backsplash in kitchen was not grouted. Base boards in master bedroom were done incorrectly. Caulking in bathrooms were also done incorrectly. But to the untrained eye it’s not noticeable. Overall, we are happy with our stay and South Kohala management.

Mostly good.

The property is beautifully decorated and the pictures are accurate. The master bath is particularly spectacular. There were just a few issues, the floors need to be mopped, they were very dirty and the bottoms of our feet were black within minutes. There were a few maintenance issues with the screen doors and dishwasher. The beach supplies are very anemic (three mismatched beach chairs, a cooler without wheels). Weirdly, a kitchen staple in most condos I’ve rented, coffee filters, were not supplied. Otherwise the glassware, dishware, and general kitchen stocking was good. The high quality grill started up quickly and easily. The AC was excellent. Towels and linens were of high quality. The location was extremely convenient, walking distance to the Shops and grocery store and close to excellent restaurants at the two resort hotels. The biggest disappointment was probably the pool which was not heated and nearly unusable as a result. Other complexes in the area have heated pools. But aside from that, overall it was an excellent choice in the price range with some minor issues. I have rented from South Kohala Management several times and check in is always easy and the employees are pleasant and responsive.

We appreciate your feedback. The screen doors were a little sticky and have been fixed since your departure. The dishwasher may be a little more complicated to operate so we will be working on getting instructions placed in the unit to help alleviate future issues. As far as beach gear, the owner has provided 3 sets of beach chairs (along with additional items for the beach) in the garage and each set is different but it is a plus that it's provided for guest to use. As far as the communal pool, we do not advertise that the pool is heated and have no control over what the HOA decides. We're glad that you enjoyed your overall stay in Kulalani 903.

Awesome, clean, best supplied property

This property worked perfect for our family of 6. This property was super clean and the best stocked we’ve ever stayed as far as household items like cleaning supplies, trash bags, dish detergent, spices, etc… they had plenty of beach gear (6 chairs, lots of towels, snorkel sets and some sand toys), we did bring our own carry cooler but they had a couple there for use. The pools were a very short walking distance (located at townhome 5), beach was an easy drive and had on site rentals of SUP, kayaks, etc… The grocery store is walking distance to house (1/2 mile), I did an online pick up order and it was ready first thing the morning after arrival. The only trouble we had was initially finding the townhouse, GPS took us to general location but couldn’t see the house number (and didn’t know the townhome numbers correlated) at night after a long day of travel. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
