The Space:
We allow up to 16 guests to stay in the house, but it is up to each group if the space will work comfortably for their group. The property is fully fenced which is not pictured. Upon entering the front door, you are welcomed by the modern layout of the living room and Kitchen. Please note the couch sits low on the ground. On the first floor you will have the master bedroom with a King bed and in suite full bathroom. On the second level you will find the game room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry room, and patio. The laundry room has two dryers and one washer. Just off the stairs in the main hallway you will find the shuffleboard and an additional couch. Additionally, the two-queen room will have an in-suite full bathroom. The bunk bedroom and two full beds will be right off this hallway. The patio is located at the front of the house. The detached garage is large and is accessed by an alley. 4 plus cars can fit in the driveway and the garage. There is also street parking out front.

Guest Access:
Guest access is a secure self check in via a code provided three days prior.

The Neighborhood:
Fountain Square - a incredible upcoming neighborhood. New builds everywhere and a great community. Note: Our neighbors house is in the process of being built and should be completed by 3/1/2024. The house was just listed for $650k. The street is at the beginning of a the neighborhood and faces a upkept warehouse.

Getting Around:
We offer a spacious two car garage in the back and street parking right out front. Ride lime scooters anywhere or pay for a cheap Uber/Lyft anywhere downtown.
