Appartement moderne, entièrement rénové dans une communauté fermée et bien entretenue avec piscine communautaire.
Emplacement central à Playa de Las Américas, toujours calme, car l'appartement "Vista Flor" est magnifiquement intégré dans la communauté privée, à seulement 350 m de la promenade de la plage.

La spacieuse propriété de vacances comprend 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain sur un étage, ainsi qu'un petit appartement séparé avec une chambre et une salle de douche accessibles par la terrasse (ou de l'extérieur).

Fantastic bungalow with loads of space for our group of 6. The apartment is perfectly located at the top end of Playa de Las Americas and bottom end of Costa Adeje, so ideal for both. The balcony/terrace area is huge and great for breakfast in the morning. Tatjana's communication before and during our stay was really good; we had an issue with a key breaking in a balcony door during the stay and Tatjana arranged for the owner to come and fix it very quickly. The only small negative was that two of the bedrooms didn't have air conditioning, with fans in each room, so they were quite hot. That didn't detract from a wonderful stay though.

Host was great. We were allowed a little later checkout as no bookings coming in on our departure date. Apartment was superb, all mod cons, clean and has the most fantastic terrace. Situated in a very central location within a private gated area.

The bungalow is situated in a great location. Quiet, clean, and very well kept. The bungalow itself is very large and easily accommodated the four of us.It has a spacious living area leading on to aHuge balcony which is just amazing and not overlooked.

Excellent Stay

Property highly recommended. It has everything you need. Spotlessly clean on arrival with additional towels for Sunbathing. It has everything you need should you want to cook a meal and is ideally situated for the beach, bars and restaurants. We had a fabulous time and are looking at returning.

This villa is beautiful has everything you need for a stress free stay x comes equips with everything you would need throughout you holiday x cannot fault the villa in anyway - would definitely recommend this to anyone for a relaxing holiday - clean and within walking distance to beach shops and bars/restaurants - I can say we were over the moon and have no negative views on the villa or the owner & thank you to Jacky who tried her best to help us with anything we needed as we stayed with a member in a wheelchair and she made our stay stress free xx Thank you to you all xx

Lovely apartment with a nice outside space. The only niggle we had was the quality of the bedding and towels which were in need of updating but this did not spoil our holiday.

Flores bungalows

Bungalow was fabulous well equipped and very clean as was the patio area. The owner reacted immediately to an issue and got the matter resolved quickly. The location was fantastic (no big hills) and just 5 minutes from the beach. The gardens are well maintained and look beautiful. I would highly recommend this property.

Fabulous apartment, everything you could need for a great holiday. Location also perfect, in the heart of it all but also quiet enough that you couldn’t hear anything. The sun terrace was perfect for lazy afternoons in the sun.We were able to drop off our bags on arrival day as were too early for check-in which was great.And we were lucky enough to meet the owner Eric who was a very pleasant man and so helpful.We were a family of 2 adults, our 19 & 17 year old children, plenty to space for everyone.Thank you

Absolutely excellent the property offers everything done to a high quality, near beach ,restaurants, bars and quiet. All interaction with our host was informative, timeous and courteous. We were met at the apartment and given a show round of the apartment and pool. The apartment was very clean inside and out and had all the necessary equipment to feel at home. Well equipped kitchen and we weren’t missing anything throughout the stay. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms had plenty of storage. If you are the sort of person that needs your phone at your bedside, be aware there are no electrical plugs in the master bedroom. Overall, the apartment gave us the stay we really wanted and would happily return.

Well located apartment

Lovely apartment and terrace which had the sun all afternoon. The shared swimming pool was clean and not too busy. Lots of restaurants, shops, activities and waterpark within walking distance.The apartment was lovely and clean on arrival. We did struggle to arrange a clean mid stay and it would be good if this was included when staying for more than a week. It would also be useful to have a pack of information about local supermarkets, taxis etc. Overall a very nice apartment and would stay again
