The ocean view from the dining room, living room, and bedroom on the second floor are just breathtaking! Wake up in our comfy King Bed and walk out onto the deck to enjoy the morning air.

The first floor living room has a sofa and recliner to relax and watch your favorite shows or you can walk out onto the deck and enjoy the ocean breeze while admiring the beautiful ocean view. There are two bathrooms on this floor to accommodate everyone.

If you prefer, you can relax under the house in the outdoor living room and keep your beverages cold in our outdoor refrigerator. Need to wash some some glasses or rinse off some fruit, just use the outdoor sink! Perhaps sit under there after dinner and watch some TV and just relax on the sofa or play some putt putt.

***An additional Standard Golf Cart may be added with this property for a user fee of $450 per week and $550 per week for a Limo Golf Cart. This fee is not included in your rental and will need to be reserved separately by phone. ***  OUR GOLF CARTS ARE NOT PERMITTED OUTSIDE OF OCEAN LAKES AND WE DO NOT CARRY INSURANCE FOR THAT.  IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE YOUR WHOLE GROUP WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE OUR RENTAL PROPERTY.

**Richeson Properties charges a third party fee if you book through VRBO and we also charge a credit card processing fee if you use a credit card to pay for your booking.
