The property was well kept and provided a plenty of amenities. We used the hot tub nightly. The view from the deck would be better if some of the trees were taken down.

Towels and bedsheets were still dirty when we arrived, house was poorly organized to find things and the hot tub had a weird fish tank smell. Found messes from previous guests. The remotes were hard to figure out which TV they went to and the main tv in the living room could not get any remote to work it. The dishwasher also did not clean the dishes even after 3 washes. Location was great, and has great potential but cleanliness was for sure lacking.

We enjoyed our stay in Tennessee! The cabin was clean (minus the porch area with dirt and pollen) and the beds were very comfortable. My girls enjoyed the game room area upstairs and we even got to hang by the pool for a few hours. The communication was very good and they were quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again, even though Woody the woodpecker kept waking us up early.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review! We're thrilled you and your girls enjoyed your stay in Tennessee. We're glad the beds were comfortable and that everyone loved the game room and pool area. Sorry about the porch — pollen can be tough to stay ahead of this time of year. We'll work on keeping that area cleaner between guests. And as for Woody the woodpecker… he’s a regular around here! We’re happy you still had a great time and would love to host your family again soon. Best regards, Bear Tracks!

When I arrived the cabin had not been cleaned from the previous people. Bed covers in there for and beds were stripped etc. I called the contact person and he immediately called the cleaners to come clean. They did clean somewhat and get the beds made. The contact person did make it right in the end overall we did enjoy staying at this cabin.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the condition of the cabin upon your arrival. Unfortunately, there was a scheduling error with our cleaning team, and the cabin had not been serviced after the previous guests checked out. Once we were made aware of the issue, we immediately contacted our cleaners and had them return to prepare the cabin and make things right. While we're disappointed this happened, we're glad we were able to resolve the situation and that you ultimately enjoyed your stay. We appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to host you.
