Great location close to the beach

Loved the location and was very comfortable. The hot tub was out of order, but the pool area was a nice spot to hang out. The property manager was responsive and helpful when needed.

The place overall was exactly what we needed. The condo was clean and spacious. The location was just steps away from the beach. Overall a great place to stay!

Family getaway

We enjoyed our time with family at Brass Rails. The listing was spot on with a fabulous desk for morning coffee. The short walk to the beach made everyone happy.

4th of July

We loved our time at Tybee!! Great location, right next to the pier! Our kids could walk around to shops and restaurants while we lounged on the beach. The pool and hot tub were great!

Location, Location, Location!

This condo was the perfect location, able to walk anywhere on the south end! Everything was very clean and the communication and care from the rental agency was smooth. We were on a Girls' trip with 5 of us and the space was exactly what we needed!

I am so happy to hear that your girl's trip was everything you hoped it would be and more. The Brass Rail 208's open floor plan is perfect for gathering together with a group of friends. Its two pools and hot tub make it the perfect place to end a day together after either a day at the beach or souvenir shopping on Tybrisa Street.

We stayed at Brass Rail Condos. The unit was just as pictured. Very clean. Great location for walking to local sites and short walk to the beach. Easy check in/check out process.

Great location!

My friends and I spent 4 nights at the Brassrail Condos. Perfect location for access to the beach and main streets of the island. The parking garage and elevators were easily accessible. Very organized property with plenty of extra linens and supplies. The only complaints were the ice maker was out, and the hurricane doors were difficult to lock. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Perfect Spring Break

Trip started with great communication from Oceanfront property managers about an elevator issue and accommodation. Arrived to Brass Rails to a great condo perfect for our family of 5, in the heart of the South End. Easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants and view of pool/hot tub. Inside spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed.

This property was spacious and the location was perfect. The only negative was that the pool closed at 9 which seems a bit early. The extra half bath was great as well.

Lovely place for a family vacation

The condo had plenty of room and a location you could die for, just a short stroll to the beach. It was well-appointed and was comfortable. We felt that things were a bit worn—the stove top had 2 burners that didn’t quite work; there was oxidation on the fridge below the water/ice dispenser, one bathroom ran well after flushing. All of these are easy fixes that didn’t detract from the overall stay.

Tybee Island BEACH Stay

The condo is super close to the fabulous and beautiful beach (maybe two short blocks). Everywhere on Tybee is "pay to park" so being so close is a HUGE benefit! The condo was well-maintained and just like the photos. We had some small issues and Oceanfront Beach Rentals was wonderful to work with and super efficient at fixing things. The pools and hit tub were perfect for the kiddos when they were done at the beach. The other residents were respectful at night so that we could get peaceful night's sleep. We would definitely stay here again if we're ever bsck on Tybee. Very good location to shops, restaurants and, of course, icecream and shave ice!!

We apologize for any negative impact the Brass Rail building complex had on your stay, specifically regarding the complex's elevator being under maintenance, something which we are not permitted to make repairs to as we do not own the building, only the unit rented as well as one additional unit within the complex. When you and your guests shared with us the negative experience you had upon arrival, we were more than happy to find you alternative and suitable options to transfer to. You did decline this option to transfer and chose to remain in the unit. It is unfortunate when repairs to a complex affect a vacation, however we always try to do everything within our power to improve guests stay, which is why we also provided you with a grill upon request when it is not a standard amenity for the home.
